OPPORTUNITY- LAST MINUTE PROMOTION 10% BETWEEN 24-31 AUGUST / 08-18 SEPTEMBER
Located at the top of a large garden of 5000 m2, whose terraces dominate the sea, between Cannes and the Cap d'Antibes, the villa La Pertuade, stands with its Italian charm surrounded by several relaxation areas.
Perfectly equipped to accommodate 10 people, the villa with a total area of 200 m2, is evenly distributed between two levels:
- On the first floor: entrance, two living rooms, a dining room, terrace, kitchen, toilet;
- Upstairs: 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with toilets, 2 of which are en-suite.
We paid particular attention to the bedding.
The villa has just been completely renovated, it is fully air-conditioned and has, of course, internet.
Everything is provided for children (travel cots, safety gates, high chairs, cutlery, crockery, toys).
On the same level as the first floor, a very large fully tiled terrace hosts a dining room under a pergola, an equipped summer kitchen, the swimming pool (8x4) with its green setting. On the same terrace you will enjoy the beautiful sea view from the sunbeds and other accessories at your disposal.
Access to this terrace is secured by a single gate, with secure closure, the pool is equipped with an alarm detecting falls.
The main entrance of the villa is accessed through a large shaded patio, ideal for letting the children play safely, or read, or do whatever you want!
The parking lot at the entrance of the property can accommodate 5 cars.
The area is very quiet, residential, the villa, not overlooked.
The sea and beaches are a 10-minute drive away.
A car is recommended.
The nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, 20 km from the accommodation.
Clinging to the hillside, Villa la Pertuade perfectly combines relaxation, view, the cachet of the old, modern comfort, in a warm atmosphere.
Have breakfast on the terrace facing the view of the Cap d'Antibes and, in the evening, watch the small lights twinkle on the bay of Golfe Juan, enchanted by the scent of orange blossoms.

Beautiful property with everything you’d need. Owners were responsive and provided helpful instructions and details as well as recommendations for restaurants, things to do and places to go. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend.
