Direct walk out access to the sand and sea is provided from OCEAN BREEZE located in the Le Papillon Complex, Simpson Beach's newest and most upscale complex. Located on the WIDEST part of Simpson Beach, the beach in front of Le Papillon, is crystal clear with no rocks, coral or grassy undergrowth. Lush landscaping, complete with palm trees, add to beauty of the complex with it's tropical breezes and island ambiance.
OCEAN BREEZE is a spacious, elegantly furnished beachfront 1-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom ground floor condo. With sleek, contemporary lines, OCEAN BREEZE features everything required to make your vacation memorable.
The kitchen is high-end with black/gold speckled granite and stainless steel Bosch appliances including a built-in wine cooler. Kitchen includes a Toaster, Coffee Pot, Blender, Wolfgang Puck cookware, dinnerware, flatware, electronic multi-cooker, plus selected spices and seasonings.
The living room's clean contemporary furnishings include a 50' LED TV with Cable TV, and a VOIP Telephone for free calls to the US and Canada. A local cell phone is also available. With sand and sea views from both the kitchen and living room, the adjourning covered terrace is complete with a table and chairs for outside dining pleasure. OCEAN BREEZE provides direct walk out access to the sea from the terrace. Beautiful sea views with NO stairs or elevator required to grab a quick snack or drink while on the beach.
The master bedroom provides a sumptuous king bed complete with Jennifer Adams bed linen, a large closet with safe, LED TV in the living room and bedroom, VOIP Telephone Extension, and adjourning desk area.
The main bathroom is spacious with glass shower, a rainfall shower head, and hair dryer. The condo contains an additional, separate half bath with sink and toilet.
A large GE washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are inside the unit for guests to use during their stay. Two portable beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and beach chaise lounges are provided.
A 3rd guest can be accommodated for an additional charge.
Le Papillon is a private, secure electronic gated complex, and is sound protected with concrete walls, roof, hurricane resistant sliding glass doors/ windows, and hurricane shutters. Complex provides a video intercom system for added security, and a Generator for island power outages.
The complex has a GENERATOR Backup !

Ocean Breeze was an amazing way to enjoy Sint Maarten! The close proximity to the beach was perfect. The palm trees provide great shade and enhance the atmosphere. Jill was very welcoming and responsive to any issue we had and gave some good tips on places to go and eat. We will definitely be returning to Ocean Breeze!

A beautiful place and perfect location is how I would describe Le Papillon. We are porch sitters so we enjoyed the ambiance of area from our porch.

Condo is beautiful, clean, incredible view, amazing dog friendly beach. People walking on beach are so friendly. It is worth the trip. Our second time staying there & we will definitely be back. You will fall in love with the condo and beach location.
