This third floor end unit ON THE BEACH offers plenty of privacy along with magnificent ocean views. The intimate 12-unit complex has gated private parking as well as its own pool just steps from the sand. It sits beachfront just a short walk from restaurants and shopping of Simpson Bay. Karakter Beach Bar/Restaurant and Mary’s Boon are also only a short stroll down the beach. This large two-bedroom, two-bath unit has fully-equipped and updated kitchen. A large terrace overlooks the turquoise waters of Simpson Bay with an unobstructed view of ships entering and exiting the lagoon. Saba, Statia and St. Kitts are all within clear view from the unit. Includes maid service during the week.

The host and property manager were both very responsive and helpful during our stay. The unit was very spacious, clean and modern. The location was perfect and everything we needed was within walking distance. It was a bonus to have gated parking. We enjoyed the clean beach, pool, and sunset views from the balcony. We travelled with a baby and felt safe the whole time we were there. The neighbours were all very kind and introduced themselves to us. The building has a community feel that we appreciated. We hope to come back and stay here again!

A beautifully appointed 3rd storey condo with direct access to Simpson Bay beach. The views from the balcony are second to none. A short 3 minute walk down the beach brings you to full service bars and restaurants with chairs on the beach that you can use all day if you spend 20. A short walk into town also provides several choice restaurants and evening entertainment. Add to this a very responsibe host, and you have perfection!

After staying at this unit and others in the same building have to say the unit is very pretty but the main improvement would be more comfortable furniture. Couch, dining room table were very uncomfortable, as was the bed in the back bedroom. Kitchen cabinets are a bit too high to be practical for shorter people. The internet is slower than in the other units in the building. Also other units do provide some maid service once a week for the same priced unit. Other than that it was extremely nice. The games are a nice touch as are the DVD's. My kids loved the Gilligan's Island DVD. Thanks again for being so responsive and hope things go well for you with this beautiful unit.
