Attention before you book :
1. Please be aware that two doors down is having construction/renovation during business hours Monday - Friday. They can start as early as 6:30-7, and end around 3-4. Noise level is based on the construction process and your personal tolerance.
Currently, the noise level is significantly lower than before. Construction is expected to be done in December.
2. The outside area isn’t as neat due to construction. Expect dust when going through the entrance walk way.
3. You can enjoy watching the helicopters, airplanes, cars all day. In other words, it’s not that quiet during the day.
4. Street parking
Other things to note
The entrance of the apartment is on the SECOND floor. There is NO ELEVATOR to get to the second floor. Please be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs.
