Could relax on the lounges overlooking the water. Host was responsive.
We were lucky we stayed over the weekend. There is a building development close by making noise during the daytime during the week.

Located right on the water at Simpson Bay, but not really beach access. Beach access is 100 feet left or right from location. Several condo units in the same Tradewinds Apartments. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and SXM airport only 10 minute taxi ride away.
I really enjoy plane spotting but if you don't, all the aircraft depart either left or right or the Simpson Bay area so could be a drawback.

Facilities and sea view were good
Unfortunately each night during our stay we were subjected to very loud noise (music) from a nearby bar which continued from 8 pm until 3 am or later. We were advised by our neighbours that this happened every night, and they too were disturbed by the noise. After three sleepless night we checked out early and found a quieter place to stay. We are still waiting for the promised refund for the unused part of our original booking.
