Beachfront condo at beautiful Cupecoy Beach Club. 2 bedroom, 3 bath, amenities!

Excellent place for family with kids

This is one of the best Condo's we have ever stayed in the Caribbean. It is very large with 2 FULL bedrooms and THREE full bathrooms. The A/C works very well, the beds are very comfortable, and the property is very well maintained. The condo has everything you need and the water and beach is only a few steps away. Beach toys and chairs are in the closet for you! The washer/dryer makes packing easy. Water pressure is great and the showers get hot! The host, John, communicated quickly and clearly everything we needed to have a great week. Roads in SXM can be a challenge with traffic and potholes, but many things are near the condo that you would need. Mullet beach is right around the corner if you need to be around a lot of people, but you have your own private beach at the back doorstep. After the first night we chose to sleep in the back bedroom due to the nocturnal bird noises in the atrium area at the front. If this is your first trip to SXM, plan ahead - watch YouTube videos - and know that traffic is really bad during business hours. This condo is perfectly located, has full 24h security, and is gated. The Wifi was provided and worked very well. 5-stars here on all aspects! Thank you!!

Amazing location - very close to the airport but far enough away. Great little area - walkable to stores and restaurants. Located on the prettiest beach on the island! CupeCoy Beach is lined with beautiful cliffs and strong waves crashing against them -- and all of this is right outside the patio of this rental. Really great property! Security keeps the Beach Club secure and safe. The unit could use some updating and a better pre-check-in cleaning service but for the most part we had a very enjoyable stay and found the kitchen well equipped, the furniture was comfortable and the whole area is very quiet. The pool is awesome and the fitness center is dated but useable. Our host was great with communication and very helpful.

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised. Check in was very easy with a passcode. The property was exactly as shown in the photos. This was our second time staying in this complex, the property managers do a good job with maintenance and security. We love this area as there are two grocery stores and about 10 restaurants within walking distance.
