The property remains breezy throughout the day however for those that prefer each bedroom is air conditioned if you wish to keep windows and sliding doors closed.

My family and I (two adults and three teenagers) loved this condo. Walking in we were met with the beautiful view of the beach and pool from the wraparound terrace and the most pleasant clean, fresh smell. Deniz, the property owner, has really gone out of his way to make the condo inviting and comfortable. He was also very responsive when I had questions before arriving. We loved everything- the cleanliness, the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, terrace, pool, direct beach access and location on the 2nd floor. The condo is also located in a convenient location which made it easy for us to travel around the island. This was not our first time staying in Simpson Bay, but it was definitely our favorite. We look forward to returning and would absolutely book Las Arenas again.

Condo is beautiful! Exactly like it was described. Amazing view from our patio. Beautiful beach. We loved the infinity pool! Cleaning service was excellent! The host was very friendly and easily accessible. Will definitely be back!
