Welcome to The Penthouse At La Siesta, a luxurious 2,280 sq.ft. condominium located directly on the sugary white sands and turquoise waters of Simpson Bay Beach. This Caribbean gem offers deluxe accommodations complete with serene ocean views, gentle lapping waves, and an unspoiled tropical setting. Situated at the center of Simpson Bay and in close proximity to St. Maarten's abundant nightlife, shopping, and world-class dining... much within walking distance.
Our building now has a brand-new elevator and a new generator, both recently installed.
The Penthouse at La Siesta includes 3 handsomely appointed bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. One master suite overlooks the crystal clear waters below and opens directly onto the large covered balcony via double sliding glass doors. The second master suite and guest suite include private balconies, both with a view of the Simpson Bay Lagoon, full bathrooms and flat screen TVs.
The Penthouse features a large upgraded kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and everything needed to prepare a dinner party for the most discerning guest. Enjoy ocean views while preparing meals or relaxing in the very spacious great room. The great room is upgraded with surround sound and a 56-inch plasma TV with Apple TV included. Our spacious deck offers comfy outdoor furniture for spectacular views of the setting sun and of the mega yachts anchored directly in front.
The La Siesta Residence is comprised of 13 oceanfront units directly on Simpson Bay Beach. The Penthouse is unit A10 perched on the top floor of building A. Guests of the La Siesta Residence enjoy exclusive use of the beachfront pool, outdoor stone shower and lounge area at the back of the residence.
Simpson Bay Beach is a secluded 2 mile stretch of pristine Caribbean paradise, perfect for morning walks, swimming, snorkeling, and romantic evening sunsets.

Stayed at The Penthouse for a girls getaway, the condo didn't disappoint! From the communication with Shane leading up to the trip to the check out, everything was wonderful. Very clean, the condo had everything we needed and more. We are planning our return already!

The Penthouse and our experience were absolutely amazing! We loved this location and the awesome views. The Penthouse was clean and comfortable, and we walked to many restaurants. We would love to return!

Gorgeous view, excellent pool, and the Penthouse amenities were A! There was even a Ninja smoothy makers :). Comfortable floaties for the pool. Bedrooms were excellent, great linens, clean bathrooms. Checked in process was super simple. Host and cleaning staff were awesome!!
