Welcome to the Sunset Penthouse, a superb four bedroom condo located in Maho, with spectacular views of the ocean, the golf course and the lagoon. Well known for its vibrant nightlife, white beaches with turquoise water and mix of cultures, the island of St.Maarten is a top caribbean destination.

Two of them have jacuzzi bath. Each bedroom has been uniquely decorated with different themes. The layout of this charming penthouse provides maximum privacy for each of the four bedrooms, and beautiful views from all parts of the condo.
The nice beach of Mullet is only 5 min walking from the penthouse and Maho is also less than 5-minute walk. Here you’ll find luxury boutiques, sidewalk bistros and bars.

Perfect location. Just a short walk to Mullet Bay and Maho Beach. Beautiful view. We had everything we needed in the house.
