Awesome place just as advertised, if not more. We were able to walk to all kinds of restaurants and beach bars. The house was very clean, nice, and spacious, just as the pictures show. The grounds and pool were in great condition, and the beach and views from the deck are picturesque. The hosts were very attentive, gracious, and great communicators. No other better place to stay in Simpson Bay, and we will try to book a return trip!!!!

It was better than we imagined! Lovely, clean, with everything we might need. Nice decor. Our daughter really liked her own bedroom and bathroom, and our loft-like area upstairs was roomy. Had a sunny balcony towards the pool and ocean on one side, and a small balcony to watch planes from on the other side. My husband and daughter enjoyed that. My daughter and I loved relaxing on the daybed on the pool/ocean side balcony on the main level, enjoying the breeze and listening to the ocean. And just beyond the pool through a gate was the beach! We took the beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided and sat on the beach one day:) It was fun to see all the boats, and we walked to D's on the beach for dinner one night. Air conditioning and fans worked great, along with kitchen appliances. Our communication with the host was excellent. Would be happy to go back, and linger longer!

The unit we rented was exactly as shown and all was working with one exception of a toaster oven which was rectified immediately.The property manager, Kapi, and owner, Sylvia, could not have done more to make our stay more pleasant. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.Thanks for hosting us and we hope to see you again.Richard
