Guest house was really nice. Great location, short walk to the seafront & few restaurants. Walkable via seafront to the Barbican area which had lots of lovely restaurants, bars & boat tours.

A really lovely guesthouse, very clean, comfy beds. We stayed in the family triple room, very good size, and it was nice the beds were not close together. Size of bathroom good and, again very clean. Spare toiletries and coffee bits in downstairs hallway which was a nice touch. Helpful information book in room. Brilliantly positioned very near waterfront. 20 minute walk to Barbican. I used the Grand Parade car park which is a minutes walk from the guest house and a very reasonable price. Looks a bit dodgy but has cameras and plenty of cars parked there overnight! If you wanted to use a parking permit offered by guest house there seemed to be plenty on on road parking too. The negative for me was that our room was at the front and it was warm so had windows open. At night every driver in Plymouth seems to be a boy racer and the noise of the cars kept me awake, I live in the country so not used to the noise anyway, it didn’t bother my mum at all! It’s a side road but seems quite well used as a way off the Hoe as at the end of one way route. Positives about the lovely big sash windows was lots of light and could see the birds in the tree outside very close up. Very good communication from Carla the owner, very straightforward self check in. Very reasonable price.

This is a no frills price right next to the sea front and the Hoe is just round the corner, so for the price it is very good value. We had the ground floor room at the front of the property and thought it may be noisy but it wasn't at all. Self check in was easy and although there was very little interaction with the host, emails and messages were super quick and informative. We were lucky to park just 25 meters from the front door and were given a card for an additional £5 by the host which worked just fine. Definitely an option for further visits on a budget.

A wonderful guest house right be the seafront. Minutes from restaurants and close to the centre of town for shopping. Lovely room, and lovely freshly prepared breakfast. Only disappointment was the shower, which is electric and not very powerful, but this was a minor thing compared to everything else. which was wonderful!

A beautiful guest house in a prime location for the seafront, shopping centre and University. The breakfast was yummy with all top quality produce. The beds were really comfortable and lovely decor in the room. The owner was extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely B&B, perfect location for Theatre, Pavilions , shops, The Hoe and Barbican. Very clean, rooms are lovely. Carla is an excellent host. Very good cooked breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

I recommend this B & B to anyone. Such a nice place to stay. Right on the bay in Plymouth. Very easy to get around. The lady of the house was so nice and she fixes a super breakfast every morning. Her B & B is very quaint and very comfortable. Loved staying there and will go back.
