La chambre est très agréable. Très bien pensé.

Beaucoup d’évaluation parlait de propreté et c’est vrai pas au niveau des draps et salle de bain mais plutôt poussière sur les portes sous les lits j’ai trouvé un chewing-gum et une brosse avec plein de cheveux dans la salle de bain. C’est dommage car sinon le reste est très bien

It was so cute!! Really great value for the price. It was very spacious for a solo traveller with a little kitchenette and bathroom area that could be closed off from the bedroom and living area. It was very clean and in a great location as well, with easy access to a lot of transport options.

I arrived early hoping I could drop my bags off before check in but obviously couldn’t because there is no staff. Maybe a note about that on your page or at the front desk would be nice, but it was fine because I just out my stuff in a storage locker!

Ottima posizione, vicina al centro, metro e bus. Vicinissimi anche vari negozi utili aperti h24. Check in automatico facile e veloce, nonostante reception priva di personale.

La camera era molto sporca e polverosa, il tatami aveva un odore fastidioso e abbiamo trovato il pavimento del bagno-cucina pieno di peli e polvere, anche il piatto della doccia era nero, e ancora peggio sotto al letto dove c’erano fazzoletti sporchi, cartacce e tanta polvere accumulata. Ugualmente il condizionatore era pieno di polvere dalla bocchetta di uscita dell’aria. Abbiamo richiesto via mail una pulizia della stanza che ci è stata fatta in modo molto superficiale solo dopo aver mandato le foto dello sporco che abbiamo trovato. Chiedere ad un cliente le prove di ciò che sta chiedendo è davvero poco rispettoso e poco professionale. Dulcis in fundo, la camera era anche umida e buia con l’unica finestra che affacciava su un intercapedine e un muro di cemento a 30cm.
