    The overall assessment was good. I highly recommend this place for one day-stay in Kyoto. The place is connected to Omiya Stations and buses are available to return safely late in the night. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was in excellent condition. The price was good per night for a couple. Drawbacks: I stayed only one day, so I did not take advantage of the full facilities but it did not look that there were much.

    Entire hotel was nice and clean from the reception, room, bathrooms, and laundry facilities. Bag storage was great to have so we could explore the area while waiting for check in. The local area hosts a number of great restaurants and markets so location was great. Laundry is coin operated and the front desk carries coins if you need change. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay in Kyoto

    We stayed for a couple of nights. When you arrive you have to pay a tourist-tax. This wasn’t disclosed in the booking (the price depends on how many nights your staying and how much you paid for the booking). It’s not their fault and every hotel in Kyoto has to do is but I think it’s unfair to not disclose it in the booking. It’s located at a train station and there are many bus statins around so the location is good. Rooms are very small but bed was comfy.

    The price and location is fine but the stay overall wasn’t worth it. Room wasn’t clean (pictures attached) and the service very barebones and not worth the amount the hotel charges. Wouldn’t stay there again.
