Clean, great location for travel throughout the region, nice amenities
We had a water leak the last night and the staff brought towels.

Location was amazing. Literally 2min to Omiya metro station and bus as well.
Lot of good restaurants around. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. Sauna and hot pool were great too.
Room was a bit small but it is almost everything in Japan i guess like that so not a big deal.

The location was great, the staff was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom felt sort of like an airplane or cruiseship bathroom but it did the job and the beds were a little hard. I really appreciated having laundry facilities, however the dryers didnt seem properly maintained and I had to dry my load 4 times before it actually dried my clothes. I think the lint needed to be cleaned out.

Good location
Pillow, was very uncomfortable, affected our sleep. Bed was hard. Kettle given but no tea bags or coffee provided.
