L’appartement était vraiment cosy, propre et confortable, nous avons pris cette hébergement pour un concert au stade de France je recommande, et le contact sur place Khaled est vraiment au top une personne super gentille disponible agréable 😁😁 n’hésitez pas 😁

La literie était très confortable et l'appartement assez spacieux.
Une douche qui ne fonctionne pas ce n'est pas normal. Surtout en sachant que le problème est connu. Proposer Netflix c'est bien mais il faudrait que ce soit en français.

It is 400 meters near the Metro station. The apartment is equipped with complete living furniture and kitchen supplies. The shopping mall is very close by, making life very convenient.
On extremely hot days, the situation is quite bad. Especially at night when it's very hot, it's difficult to fall asleep because there are no other cooling devices apart from the air conditioner. However, this seems to be quite common in Paris.

The location - great for events at the Stade de France! Towels and linen were crisp and white. Generally good, but the details (like clean tapwear) weren't great.
The noise - very noisy neighbours with loud rap music until midnight. Right on the train line so train noise - you can see faces on the trains going past so couldn't have the blinds open. No basics, like tea/coffee saches.
