Прекрасное месторасположение,. Хозяева очень доброжелательные, и приветливые. Дом отремонтирован и очень комфортен. В домен есть все необходимое: начиная от зубных щеток и кончая новогодних украшений😃. Очень рекомендую
Место возле городского парка. 5 минут ходьбы до центральной площади.

Дом шикарный, просторный. Очень комфортно, стильно, красиво. Крутой дворик. Есть отопление и практически всё необходимое.
Ползают разные насекомые (безвредные, но неприятные, фото прилагаем). Если вы не их любители, имейте это в виду. Хозяева, видимо, привыкшие, поэтому никак не отреагировали на нашу жалобу. Достаточно было бы поставить какой-нибудь спрей против насекомых. Не было штопора, что для армянского дома - странность (точнее, был один переломанный, которым ничего не открыть, кроме как нервную систему). Хозяева даже не попытались найти никакого варианта для нас оставить багаж на несколько часов. Живём в Армении два с половиной года - впервые сталкиваемся с такой негостеприимностью. Так-то тут хоть у соседей попроси - не откажут. В других странах тоже никогда с таким проблем не было. Пришлось вести на вокзал в камеру хранения. Странно, что не предусмотрено
