Замечательный и гостеприимный хозяин. Встретил мою семью в аэропорту, привез в дом, помог с покупками еды и был очень добр к нам. Дом очень чистый, близко к аэропорту, все очень понравилось. Араик, я желаю вам процветания и всего самого лучшего. Спасибо вам.

The host was there to meet me at the time we agreed on. The house is spotless inside, it was spacious, modern and comfortable. The house is great value for the price paid. We stayed two separate times on our trip to Armenia. There was some coffee and tea available which was nice, along with a washer which was useful.
Be careful where you park your vehicle as we parked in front of the house as we were told to do and got blocked in - it was difficult to find the owner. Do not park in front of the house, instead find a spot in the nearby lot!
