Абсолютно шикарный дом, в котором есть все. Очень чисто! Порадовали теплые полы в гостиной, где было раздолье для ребенка:))) На мой взгляд, идеальное место для отдыха с семьей или друзьями:))

Идеальное место для семьи в Гюмри! Чистый уютный дом. Стильный свежий ремонт. Есть все, что нужно для проживания. Удачное расположение - спокойное место недалеко от центра. Доброжелательный и отзывчивый хозяин.

I stayed here with my wife and our little one for 2 days and 1 night while visiting Gyumri, and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. Finding a place that felt both comfortable and quiet was important to us, and this one hit the mark. The house is super family-friendly, and everything was really clean and well kept. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking, which made life easier with a toddler. There’s also a dining area and a cozy living room where we could relax in the evening. The garden and terrace were especially nice. We had breakfast outside while our kid ran around a bit. It felt peaceful and private, which we really appreciated. The house has its own entrance, too, so it felt safe and separate from the street. Also worth mentioning: there’s free private parking right at the property, which made everything even more convenient. All in all, it’s a calm, clean, and comfortable spot, perfect if you’re traveling as a family. If you’re visiting Gyumri and want something that feels easy and homey, I’d definitely recommend staying here.
