Our Village

The host is great, superfriendly and helpful. She gave us fruits and nuts from her own garden, offered to use separate toilet and bathroom downstairs, and a nice fireplace in the garden. She also gave us raspberry gem and healing tea when my son had fever and was very approachable throughout.

The kitchen is a bit shabby and rundown, it was not clear from the pictures in advance. Also the beds have very soft/old mattresses, so it was hard to get a good sleep. The bedlinen was made from artificial material, we had to buy some cotton one as some of us get skin allergy otherwise. There is no sink in the bathroom, only shower and toilet - one has to go to the kitchen to wash hands.. The village was full of very unpleasant smoke as the neighbours were burning old grass.. we soon have realized that's a country-level problem.

The size of the house with 3 bedroom, spacious hall and kitchen was good. Fast internet. Suitable for families/groups.

The fabrics of the Beds, Bathing and sofas are very old. All the items inside the kitchen needs upgrade.

The Garden area was beautiful and relaxing. The host offered us to pluck fresh blueberries, plums and strawberries to have it.

Being a three bedroom house, it could have had one more bathroom. As there was only one small one, it takes forever to get ready especially if you are a large group. I am not complaining. It is a point to consider for future guests.

The house was very dirty and dusty. Doors of kitchen cabinets were broken. The issue is not that the house is old, but is not maintained well.
