Requested early check in. It was approved. Then opt asked us to delay by 3 hours. Check-in hours if 4pm and check out if 9.30-10 is not in line with industry standards

Voor een groep met twee stelletjes was het prima overnachten. Alles bij de hand en veel ruimte.

Veel ruimte, goede keuken en twee slaapkamers.

Spacious apartment in quiet location (with the exception of the overhead plane traffic from neighboring airport - but that wasnt offensive). Well equipped, good offstreet parking. Really helpful having a washing machine available too.

A little tricky to find in the dark. Could of had better directions as located up a ROW and behind trees.

Your bathroom needs an urgent upgrade. Shower over the bath I knew something was wrong with it when you have carpet matting glued to the bottom of the bath. My aunt who is 86 years old had the first shower Karen had to help her mother get into the bath to take a shower. While showering my aunt yelled just as will Karen was still in the bathroom she managed to catch her mother as she started falling backwards. She could of had serious head and other injuries. The floor of the bath sinks down when standing in it. Even Karen and I had the same experience. I thought I was going to fall through the bottom of the bath. I can not believe that you would even rent this villa in that condition, The bathroom smells musty when the window is shut, you have no venting fan and spiders everywhere. I txt you on the Thursday to let you know that our flight might be cancelled due to a storm hitting Wellington, You told me you couldn't cancel our booking and I needed to cancel it with Booking.com. I was not cancelling our booking I was letting you know that we might not arrive on Friday. I txt you on Friday at 8.06am letting you know all flights out of Wellington have been cancelled and were rebooked for Saturday. Did not hear from you until 6 days after we departed. When arriving late on Saturday afternoon we found all the windows were open and the place was freezing inside. We found two oil heaters and put them in the bedrooms and you had a electric fan heater in the lounge. You need a heat pump. If you remodel your bathroom/Laundry and put in a heat pump we would come again.
