Noisy guests, terrible management!

I booked this place because it looked very nice and *quiet* and *private* but apparently they allow guests to check in at all hours of the night!! even due they specify quiet hours 9pm!! and because of some crazy dysfunction with whatever horrible Chinese software they're using to communicate with emails and texts, I got no specific details, went into the only room that was open and actually had a key on the door.. Then they woke me up at 1:00 a.m. because the other guests got the same room as me!! And for some other crazy reason the room key was in a random drawer! while the visible key was in the lock and I had no info accept common sense! And they don't answer any means of communication!..until 1am! and then those guests made noise until 2:00 a.m. and then woke up at 7:00 a.m. and I didn't have any sleep!! If you book room 1 understand the wall is VERY THIN!!

Its actually a lovely comfy very roomy house with three large bedrooms with their own key access. I chose the room with its own full size private bathroom which was only slightly more expensive than the other two rooms that shared one. House has huge well equiped kitchen , lounge, dining, areas. Super convenient location. Could happily have stayed much longer. Exceptional value. Highly recommended.

The house has a single driveway useful for unloading but cars must then be moved to roadside parking. I found several free spaces avail just at the gate.

Very misleading description

The property description was very misleading. It is basically four bedrooms in a shared house with only one toilet and bathroom. We decided not to stay there.

Cheap and spacious

I found the house easily,no 1 on a corner Ok to open,with key. Code simple. Room had a Queen bed and 2 singles,very clean and tidy. Enjoyed my stay

The man next to me, stomped back and forward from about 5am The shower took a while to warm up.

OK place to stay but overpriced.

Small but clean room, spacious common area, access to the garden. We got a cot for a baby.

People smoke on the patio and you can smell the cigarettes inside the property. Also a strong smell of garlic all over the kitchen was offputting even for someone who uses a lot of garlic. Only one bathroom for 4 rooms. OK place to stay but deffinitely overpriced.

A group of 4/5 men were staying there when I was and due to the layout of the house i felt like i couldnt leave my room as they filled up the kitchen! The ‘smoking area’ is in the entrance to the kitchen so it smelt like smoke when i was cooking regularly!

We shared a complete kitchen. Other people were very friendly. Parking was good, both on and off street. The rooms were nice.

Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Konzept und perfekter Lage, aber mit kleinen Abstrichen bei Sauberkeit und Rücksichtnahme. M

Das Konzept ist super – man hat ein eigenes, abschließbares Zimmer, teilt sich aber die Gemeinschaftsräume mit anderen Gästen. Alles war gut organisiert, der Check-in sehr einfach. Das Haus ist schön, mit einer tollen Terrasse, großer Küche, gutem Badezimmer, Waschmaschine und hervorragender Lage. Supermarkt und Parkplatz direkt am Haus! Die Gemeinschaftsräume wurden täglich vom Besitzer gereinigt, was ich klasse fand. Ich habe auch einige nette Menschen kennengelernt.

Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht überall top. In der Küche war vieles (Geschirr, Tassen, etc) nicht richtig sauber (bisschen schmierig), sodass ich Geschirr und Besteck vor der Benutzung abgespült habe. Hinter den Gardinen und auch im Schlafraum gab es einige Spinnweben. Nachts wurde es recht kalt, aber mit Heizung und Wärmflasche ging es. Manche Gäste verhalten sich so, als wären sie allein im Haus – da es keine Aufsicht gibt, kann das als Alleinreisende etwas unangenehm sein.
