Very good communicator. Villa is well located to local shops and Whangarei shopping center. Very clean, comfortable and spacious for the entire family. Price was great value for 3 nights would definitely book this accomodation again.
Only a little problem, ensuite showers drain is at the wrong end and caused a flood. Lucky the property has a washing machine so we could wash towels we used to mop up water.
