Great experience.

The location was excellent; easy access. The house is cozy with a homey feeling. Breakfast was great, fulfilling. Very comfortable beds. Loved being able to bring my dogs with us to be part of our little family getaway

Cozy house in a great location with free breakfast and parking!

The house was easy to find and in an ideal location - we walked to everything! The house had its own parking spots. What a bonus not to have to pay those exorbitant Niagara Falls parking prices! The house was very clean. I really like the separation of bedrooms on 2 different floors with the kitchen/living room floor in between - added a little bit of privacy between families. The beds were comfy and the area was quiet at night. Morning breakfast was delivered at a time of our choosing and it was above and beyond what we expected! The owner was friendly and available but never intrusive.

Great location, good breakfast, house could use some maintenance

Great location (10 minutes walk from Clifton Hill, WeGo station right there, etc). Easy parking, great WiFi and TV. House is large and has a ton of space. Even the basement room is nice and very livable as well. Clean linens, lots of towels, blankets, etc. Has kitchen, washer and dryer. Owner is easy to get a hold of, is responsive to requests and brings good breakfast daily which was customized to our needs. Very easy checkin/checkout process (lockbox with code).

The house is clearly showing its age. We've had problems with AC breaking (fixed by owner), laundry room flooding (owner attempted fix but not fully fixed), dryer overheating and not turning off by itself (possibly a fire hazard!), upstairs faucet pipe leaking a bit, upstairs shower not turning on properly, auxillary AC in the living room not connected properly, pieces of furniture falling off. My wife complained about floor cleanliness and some cooking utensils missing in the kitchen. Also we were there in the hottest days of the summer, the main AC didn't have enough cooling power so we needed to use in-room auxillary AC units which were loud, my wife complained about them being loud. Also the location is basically the opposite of charming (just a Ramada parking lot), though it's close to everything.

Disappointing property didn’t make for a good start to our Canadian adventure.

The beds were comfortable.

This property was not the one I had booked and paid for so not a good start . The day before we flew to Canada the host informed us he had over booked and we were downgraded to a smaller property. There was no apology or offer of refund. Although clean inside , the deck entrance left a lot to be desired ,the paint was peeling and needed a good clean. Electrics needed looking at ; bare wires in kitchen and sockets that didn’t work ( not much point in having a bedside light if the socket doesn’t work) and dangerous light fittings. A hair drier had to be requested , a spare toilet roll would have been helpful and a tea towel would have been useful. Only one bathroom with two teenage girls made for a tricky routine in the morning. The area outside the property seemed to be where people congregated to drink so we arrived to a group of drunks.

We had great stay overall. The breakfast was amazing and the host was very friendly and respectful.

The property is walking distance to the falls. Very spacious with big table in the dining room and comfortable beds. There is good amount of equipment in the kitchen.

Some of the faucets need some work.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de las cataratas y de las atracciones. Es espacioso, las camas eran cómodas y estaba todo muy limpio. Tenía una equitación muy completa. El dueño nos llevaba todos los días el desayuno, con pancakes/french toast, bagels, zumos, fruta...

La casa es antigua por lo que suena bastante cuando te mueves por ella. No había ningún baño en la planta baja.

Tolle Lage, aber enorm heruntergekommene, abgewohnte und nicht saubere Unterkunft.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung.

Als wir ankamen, war in der Unterkunft (5580 Peer Lane) der Strom ausgefallen, der Vermieter wusste scheinbar vom seit mehreren Tagen bestehenden Problem, hatte dies aber vor unserer Ankunft nicht überprüft und wir mussten kurzfristig in eine andere Unterkunft (5548 Lewis Ave) umziehen, was uns wertvolle Zeit kostete. Die Lage der Unterkunft und der Ersatzunterkunft war sehr gut, die Qualität aber leider extrem schlecht. Es handelt sich um ein völlig abgewohntes, in sehr schlechtem Zustand befindliches Haus mit alter Ausstattung, das zudem nicht gut gereinigt ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr alt, es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler. Die Bettwäsche war teils fleckig und die Unterkunft hatte am Tisch nicht genügend Sitzplätze für die gebuchte Personenanzahl. Die Toilette war am Boden undicht, man sieht dass das Problem bereits lange besteht.
