Since we rented a vehicle we found the location perfect. Close to restaurants, shopping and attractions! We were five adults and found the accommodation perfect. We each had our own beds! We just had to tackle the stairs but we got better as the days went by! Set up of kitchen and living space was great. Nice big dining table. Tv choice of programming was very adequate.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice property that certainly met our needs. Pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful full size toiletries supplied. I really appreciated the overall cleanliness especially hard surface floors & bathrooms being very clean! Slight improvements might include paint touch up to the walls (several marks throughout) & bedroom carpets refreshed with cleaning. I also think ceiling fans would help improve air circulation especially to cool off bedrooms.

This property is a good location 12 min from Niagara Falls and has plenty of space for a family. It was clean and the kitchen outfitted well with dishes, cooking pots/pans, and silverware. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had to get in touch with them for questions, etc. There were a few minor issues, but all were resolved fairly quickly.-We stayed during a heat wave and the house was quite warm when we arrived. We thought we set the thermostat to a cooler setting but it stayed very warm all night. The next day after contacting the host we learned it was set remotely to an eco setting that did not allow the temp to go below 80 degrees F and stopped the AC if no movement was detected. The host adjusted this for us and it was fine the rest of the stay. -Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) are provided, but only just enough for the stay. We ended up purchasing more ourselves. -The house is decorated nicely but is not very child-friendly if traveling with younger children. There are a glass knick-knacks, a glass coffee table, floor length mirrors (on the ground, not attached to the wall), and uncovered outlets. -The house is in good shape for a rental, but not without minor damages and imperfections. The host contacted us after our stay asking us to pay for an item that was damaged when we arrived, thinking we had damaged it. After explaining we had found it that way they dropped the request. However, consider documenting any damage you find.

We were visiting as a family reunion vacation. The house was a close drive to Niagara Falls which we spent most of our time visiting. The house is beautiful and clean as described. For layout all bedrooms are on the second floor, along with two full bathrooms. There is a 2pc bathroom on the main floor. One of the bathrooms is an ensuite bath in the master bedroom. The layout of the rooms was comfortable for the family. The hostess is great at communicating, and always responds quickly. It has a small backyard but we ended up not using it at all as we were always leaving for the falls. Great spot!

Our family of 6 stayed very comfortably in this beautiful home. All appliances we used were in an excellent working condition. The owner was thoughtful and supplied all they thought a guest would need. Our bedding was clean which is always a plus, but the whole house was clean and smelled fresh. The location is perfect because it's right by everything you need; the Falls, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, and gas stations no more than 10-15 mins away. We're looking forward to staying here again on our next trip.

Clean, nicely decorated and in good location. It has almost everything a group may need. I can’t really complain, and Im very happy about this booking, but my recommendation would be: *adding a small grill on the back *properly securing the dishwasher as we had the whole bottom tray slide out on the kitchen floor *securing the kitchen door that leads to garage. There are only 2 hinges on that door and the bottom one loosened up. It’s barely holding it now. *maybe an email a few days before listing things that we may have to bring, like ice. Those are just tips that, in my opinion, would help a bit :) Oh, the owner responds very quickly which was very nice! Overall I would definitely come again.

We were looking for a peaceful getaway to return to after spending our days sightseeing and enjoying the falls. This brand new home was perfectly designed and built to suit my family’s needs. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes allowed for us to prepare most of our meals ourselves. There is a market conveniently situated only 5 minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet and located 15 minutes from the Falls. We even visited the outlet mall which is also quite close to the home. The four-bedroom home and expansive layout was more than enough space for our family of five. Our only feedback was to perhaps also include a tv in the master bedroom, but the family room TV worked nicely and accommodated the brief tv watching that we enjoyed. Thanks for a lovely stay and we would love to rent this home again!

Most impressive about this house is its cleanliness, its well-stocked kitchen and baths (even a jar of Qtips and multiple soaps), and its quiet neighborhood. We are a retired group of 4 couples who travel together, most times renting VRBO properties. We can tell you that you will not find a better place to stay. Our host Galilee was easily contacted and responded fast. There is nothing bad none of us can say about her property. We highly recommend this home.
