Min walk to Falls, all Attractions. 3 over size Brs,4 bed 2 sofabed Large Patio

Our stay at the property exceeded our expectations. There was room for 2 cars to park on property and if needed there is a free lot 1.5 blocks away. The bedrooms were all as pictured, as well as the kitchen, bathrooms , living room and dining area. I do wish the temperature was a little warmer during our stay so we could’ve used the outdoor deck.There were 5 adults in our party, and there was plenty of room for everyone.The falls and Clifton Hill area were about a 10-15 minute walk away. Almost everything downtown is within walking distance. The Post cereal plant nearby gave the area a freshly opened box of cereal smell every morning. The only downfall of this place is that it is on the second level of the property, so, if you or someone in your party has trouble with making stairs it’s probably not the place for you.If I could make one suggestion, it would be to put a small bedside lamp in each bedroom, and 1 in the living room.Communications with the host were very good, before, during and after departure.

Andy was very welcoming! There were new sheets and blankets, a waterfall shower head, televisions in each room, complementary coffee and very comfortable beds for our large party of 9.

Communication: Our hosts replies were timely & accurate. Location: Fantastic! Easy walking distance to many local sights & amenities.
