ONLY complaint is that I wish Niagara Falls was “kept up” more. I didn’t feel super comfortable at the local tops. Get groceries beforehand.

Comfortable home for a large group

House was very comfortable for a large party. Plenty of room. Great wifi.

The neighborhood wasn't the best - a little sketchy. The steps going up from 1st to 2nd floor are quite small and steep. not good for an older person. you need to be very careful.

We are disappointed and dissatisfied with the stay

We had a family reunion. We walked in the house is hot ac is not working. The TV is not working, we called for help. It took a while before we were accommodated after a long discussion with the rude customer agent. He was annoyed with my questions to helped us. There was a leak in the bathroom first floor which I also expressed my concerns. Finally TV is working and I also complained w/ the ac finally a technician came..good thing we only stayed one night..the location is not in a decent neighborhood. Overall we were disappointed with our stay.

The stay was nice. The house was cleaned and location was awesome! The pillow needs thrown away, the railings need fix

The house was clean, plenty of towels but not enough was cloths and the hot water was excellent! Neighborhood was quiet. Loved the distance to everything. Location was exceptional! Plenty of pans to cook with but no skillet.

Their was blood stain on one of the pillows in the bedroom that had two beds. not enough wash cloths, No dish towels or dish rags. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a dish washer or a laundry room. the railing on the front porch is broken, no wheelchair access, and the TV did not work properly. one Tv was a huge let down. We did not know we were under an alert for air quality because we had no tv. Dining room chair needs replaced.

We enjoyed the property and it is centrally located to the Falls, points of interest, restaurants, and the Canadian Bord

It was very modern and everything was new! Plenty of rooms if traveling with family or lots of friends. Or even a couples retreat getaway.

Needs a microwave. Also a mirror is needed in upstairs bathroom
