Location is good but nothing else.

The location is very near to Niagara Falls but the neighbor hood is scary.

No washer dryer, No dishwasher . This is the first home in last 5 years we stayed where there is no dishwasher and no washer dryer. Neighborhood is really scary with lot of run down homes and never felt safe. First thing I did after waking up is going down to see my car is still there. Bathrooms in the first floor rooms are a joke. Not even a kid can sit in the toilet as it is so close to the wall. God only knows what the guy was thinking while he put those in the bathroom.

The location was bit dark and scary. The villa is not close to any standards. Just too bad for family with kids

Mice running around inside the unit Nails all over the flooring Broken bathroom door knobs Utensils are very old and rusty No dishwasher. No washer/dryer Bathrooms were congested, basically i could only stand, barely move my hand Comforter was smelling nasty Insecure door/entrance. There is an alternate door to enter Unit3 (it was not locked from inside, doesnt have smart entry)

It was perfect, would definitely stay again if I was to visit the falls again.

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If was comfortable , clean.

The neighbor was alittle run down, but it wasn’t that we were scared. There could have been more towels, and maybe a few more dishes ( utensils, and baking pans) we managed fine thou.

The location is fairly good. Along the gorge view trail, this location is an easy walk from all attractions in the area.

There were cockroaches in the kitchen, the bathrooms were too small and one of the extended bedrooms had hopeless beds. The layout is a little obscure and takes a little getting used to. Had the property not had cockroaches, I would have rated this as a fair stay..

the night before we left someone came in the house and opened all the windows knowing our check out was not till the next day they should not have entered the house while we were there without asking how did they know someone wasn’t there in the shower I didn’t feel safe there after this

It's location is in the heart of the tourist sites, 5 to 6 min away. Close to convient stores, a family dollar, a grocery store, and a gas station. Beds are very comfortable. Home is spacious and clean. Furniture is comfortable. Staff responded immediately and appropriately when we reported kitchen sink leaking.

No grass in back yard. It was muddy and not suitable for outdoor activity. Downstairs bathroom is so small we had to sit sideways on commode or else our knees would hit the wall. Home has two car garages that do not lock. I was concerned about someone entering in the home through the insulation ducts. Lots of spiders. Found small bugs in one of the microwaves, that appeared to be baby roaches. Paint chipping on the walls. No extra linen. Was expecting a homey environment, but the home is set up like apartments. You can rent the entire home, like I did, but you feel divided from your family because of the way it's designed.

I'm sorry I fell for this '$190 cleaning fee' scam

This is a total scam and I'm writing this review to warn others. When searching for a place to stay at Niagara Falls, this place has a very load price and very high review rating. So that is very inviting. But if you don't carefully read the small print, you may book it (like I did) only to find out after you made your credit card payment that they added US$ 190.00 Cleaning fee per stay. Like in our case where we stayed for just one night, it wasn't $60 but we ended up paying $250. I mean, how much time it takes to clean the place after we left. Half an hour? How on earth can this be $190. If they would have been honest and would have charged a normal price (I guess it would have been worth around $100 per night), I would have given it a good review. But now, I feel ripped off.

Great location. Everything was clean and when I had problems getting code I was given to work someone immediately called me back and had no problems after that.

I did not realize this was a multi unit house, and was not aware that we would be on the second floor until the day of arrival. My elderly in-laws had a hard time going up and down the 2 flights of steps

Very close to Niagara falls. It was good compared to the price. The staff was kind.

The bathroom space on the first floor was very narrow. There was no refrigerator in the unit on the first floor. There's no dryer. Unit on the second floor, close to the stairs, had no table unlike the picture. There's no fan in the bathroom.

Great location and super clean accommodations

I loved that our family of 11 could be accommodated in 1 house. The instructions were clear for check in and the property itself and we were provided with a lot of local recommendations (dining, laundry facilities, etc). Prompt responses from the property when we did have questions.

Might have been nice too have been able to control the thermostat. Room #2 just blew cold air. Room #1 was nice and toasty

It was quite, clean. Everything in the kitchen was perfect, to be honest, it felt like home.

We got a ticket for double parking in the parking space next to the building (to the right) even though the owner of the property sent us an email stating that we could park in the parking space next to the building due to ongoing construction in the front of the property. Another thing we didn’t like were the doors. The doors only worked properly when the apartment was freezing cold and if the apartment was any hotter the doors were difficult to open.
