Sea breeze is a beautiful house, situated on quiet side road just off the main road. The house is clean & each room is tastefully decorated. We had great communication with the owner regards access to the house. The location is great with a 5 mins walk to Peasholm Park & a 10 mins walk to the town centre. The bed was very comfortable with a good night's sleep.. The bathroom shower was nice & hot with nice towels to use & dry off with. The heating was easy to use & the rooms warmed up quickly during our winter stay. We would highly recommend & would definitely return to sea breeze house. Thanks Rob & Lusa

The house couldn't have been in a better location. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very spacious, with all the amenities we need. Simon is an excellent host, kept us up to date with our booking and answered any queries we had very quickly. We can't wait to go again!

Had everything we needed, very elegant, warm and quiet. Apart from the two things mentioned below everything was 100%, will return if ever available
Didn’t like the mildew at the bottom of the shower screen. The fitted sheet was too small and kept coming unhooked from the corners.
