Sandra left no stone unturned Beforehand her communications were answered straight away You just get a good feeling about the place Everything and everybody thought about and catered for Milk and goodie basket a lovely thought - much appreciated Its one flight up so pushchairs wouldnt be a problem The other residents respectful and no loud noise was encountered The location was fantastic walking distance to the beach the shops and Open Air theatre As parking discs were left for us parking across the road there was no problem at all The view of the Cricket ground suprised us from both bedroom windows but there wasnt a match while we were there we noticed it’s double glazed if there was She let us go in early an added bonus Cleanliness was paramount throughout - spotless Netflix WiFi games too for all Wifi code on the wall We recommend that a lot of other places you book and are disappointed by look owners should look at Sandra’s standards she deserves all of the great reviews Every word of the description of the apartment is accurate and true Excellent really means just that Thanks for a great stay

Clean,comfortable and very well equipped.

Host was friendly and efficient. Did everything they could to make our visit go smoothly. The location is excellent for the Open Air Theatre, visiting Peasholm Park and the wider Scarborough area. Kitchen is well stocked. Bathroom clean with powerful shower. Beds are really comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night but the apartment was perfect for a longer stay. Loved watching the activity on the cricket ground also.

Nothing really but if I had to be picky…..Maybe box in the boiler and I would have preferred blinds in the bedrooms but poorly cosmetic and down to personal preference.

The whole process was seamless. Excellent host communication. The apartment was absolutely spotless and smelled amazing; fresh and clean everywhere. Had every facility we could have required. Our welcome basket was a gorgeous surprise! Our only issue was that we only had one night! We will absolutely be coming back.

The boiler is in one of the bedrooms, however I don’t think this could be helped given the layout of the apartment.
