Hotelleitung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Personal spricht deutsch, albanisch und bosnisch.
Der Geruch der Duschen in den Familienbungalows war leider da ein Negativpunkt. Aber dadurch, dass das Wasser sauber ist und es lediglich ein Problem in der Region ist, war das für uns akzeptabel.

The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate our stay the best they could. We had to shorten our stay for family emergency and the hotel facilitated our early departure.
The hotel is new and many things need to be better organized. When we arrived the room was not ready and the terrace very dusty and dirty. I found the bungalow badly organized and the sofa beds are very uncomfortable. The bathroom was clearly not finished and very sleepers.
