Some of the stuff members were very nice. Mostly everything was tidy and clean. Pool area was nice. Good parking with shade tents installed. But I was not expecting to deal with micro managing missing things or issues from the start and during the stay, the trip was supposed to be 100% rest. Over all pretty okey place.
- Issues with electricity ( up to 4times a day in my case )
- No hot water ~18:30 - 2 / 3 am
- Too many kids
- Missing things like shower gel / towels / curtains etc .. (fixed later)
- Balcony floor was melting and was sticking to feet and shoes
- No alcoholic drinks served at the pool
- Poor breakfast and very slow refill time

The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate our stay the best they could. We had to shorten our stay for family emergency and the hotel facilitated our early departure.
The hotel is new and many things need to be better organized. When we arrived the room was not ready and the terrace very dusty and dirty. I found the bungalow badly organized and the sofa beds are very uncomfortable. The bathroom was clearly not finished and very sleepers.
