Parking in a covered garage, nice view, food was good. Nice staff. Room cleaning as needed, even every day.

The hotel is in need of a major renovation. Cracked tiles, shower drain was a bit out of place. The seat on the chair was broken. The cabinet next to the bed was peeling, there were a lot of things that needed to be repaired.

It was good value for money, hotel could be 3x better if it invested more money in elevators, ventilation, parking.

The pool and room were clean. The terrace was nice. The view was nice. The cleaning lady and bartender were great. The food was ok.

Parking is very dangerous and not finished. The location isn’t exactly like on the pictures, there’s old ugly building right beside it. There was a weird smell and it was always hot in the hotel and in the restaurant, except the rooms, there needs to be better ventilation, it was hard to breathe at times. The elevator’s are really slow and don’t look safe at all. This next part is about the location and not about hotel: The sea was dirty and there was poop in the sea. The beach across the bridge is really bad and most of the times dirty, and the road to it is really bad. Also, there’s very little things to do in general, and very little nice caffe bars to sit in, don’t expect to go out at the night and have fun as a couple. The place as a whole should work to fix this and make beach more accessible and cleaner for example.

A total disaster, being over 2000 km home away with family and realized that your hotel is closed!

Nothing. Hotel was closed upon our arrival 2000 km home away with family. Disaster. Especially I suspected that something is not okay as they did not react to my e-mails/phone calls. I even attempt Booking.com hotline to ensure that my stay at the hotel will succeed. I was promised that nothing will happen and should go without worries. You can only imagine the look of my wife and children when it turned out that we were left without dinner/overnight. Very ugly of you La Rosa Negra! Shame on you! Poor support from Booking.com! You definitely has a work to do.

We had an amazing time, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was really welcoming and polite, eager to help us with any problems we had. The breakfast and dinner service was also amazing, very filling and tasty. The room we booked was beautifull, very spacious and with an amazing view, just like the balcony. Everything was very clean. We cant wait to visit again!

Not a good quality for the money charged

Location: It was close to the beach. Breakfast: It was quite decent with cold cuts, eggs made in various ways, milk, yogurt, coffee and some tomatoes and cucumbers.

Bathroom: We only had liquid soap at the wash basin, no shower gel nor shampoo. There were no extra towels. Room: The sofa in the room had burn marks on it. There were no glasses at all. There were no extra blankets. We had only one roll of toilet paper. The room had no privacy as the wall and the door within it were made of glass and the curtains offered barely any kind of privacy. Staff: They took extra time to process our documents. The overall feeling was that they were not in the mood to take us in at all. Dinner: Although it was nice in principle to see dinner was included in the price, the food seemed not so good.

Zajednicka terasa,gosti koji nemaju obzira prema drugome,sede do kasno u noc. Prilicno su bucni,vuku stolice,kikocu se I bas ih briga da li neko spava. U dva navrata sam ih opominjao u po noci. Znaci moze lako doci do incidenta. Napravite kucni red I odstampajte na papiru I podelite gostima pri dolasku na recepciji. Moja iskrena sugestija.

Sve je na visokom nivou. Osoblje ljubazno, profesionalno. Cistoca cista desetka. Za gospodu Emu posebna pohvala, sve na vrijeme po protokolu. Dorucak i vecera kao da sam kod kuce. Hrana ukusna i izbor za sve. Drago nam je sto za djecu ima izbor.

Za sada ne bih nista mijenjala. Sve radnike koje sam upoznala vrlo su profesionalni i ljubazni. Svako radi svoj dio posla za sta su zaduzeni.

Prisustvo insekata i skakavaca u sobi. Prasina na nocnim stocicima, prljava terasa, prasnjava. Sigurno necu vise uci u taj nazovimo "hotel" Hrana je dosta losa. Dorucak uzasan, kao raznovrstan, a kvalitet hrane najlosiji. Bazen pun algi, tako da ne preporucujem kupanje u njemu. Liftovi bez senzora za covjeka, vrlo nebezbjedni. U svakom slucaju, jedno veliko razocarenje. Kad smo trazili da rijese problem skakavaca i buba u sobi, oni nam traze doplatu kao za bolju sobu, sa istim menijem koji je uzasan. Garaza za auta vrlo losa, puna prasine(to je i najmanji problem), nije bezbjedna za ulazak i izlazak auta. Ako je auto malo nize sigurno cete ostaviti ili prednji ili zadnji branik na betonu. Previse zbijena, ako ostavite auto racunajte da ga ne uzimate do napustanja "hotela". U svakom slucaju da rezimiram - IZBJEGAVAJTE HOTEL.

Összességében, ha az ár-érték arányt nézzünk, nagyon is megéri. Ha tengerre néző, nagyobb szobánk lett volna akkor bizto

A személyzet minden tagja nagyon kedves volt. Félpanziós ellátásra mentünk 4 tagú családként az ételek is nagyon jók, változatosak, bőségesek voltak. Nagyon közel a tenger, a strand is szuper jó, - aki nem akar a homokban feküdni, jó áron lehet bérelni napágyakat... A szálloda medencéje is jó volt, szép kilátással. Gyönyörű környék, a város is közel volt, autóval pár percnyire. Nagyszerű ár-érték arány! A hotel közeli és a strandon levő éttermek is jó áron voltak!

A szobánk nagyon kicsi volt, kicsi terasza a kőfalra nézett. Aki foglal, mindenképpen tengerre néző kilátással kérje! Mi sajnos nem kaptunk másik szobát. A szálloda eléggé "összecsapott" kicsit igénytelen állapotú.... A medencénél kevés fedett napágy volt, mi sajnos egyik nap sem tudtunk ott lenni, mert mindíg foglaltak voltak..
