"Excellent accommodation with generous dining options!"

We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast and dinner were especially impressive—served buffet-style, with a wide and varied selection. There was something for everyone, and the food was fresh and delicious. The staff were kind and helpful, and the environment was peaceful and welcoming. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place!

First of all, very nice staff. The owner took care of us as his own. Even when we arrived on the motorbike, we rode for about five hours through thunderstorms and slowly flooded the hotel as we carried our stuff to our room in the increasingly crazy rain, and we were dripping with water. We arrived late, had a delicious dinner stashed away and everyone was helping us. I thought they felt sorry for us, but they were this kind and caring the whole stay. Very very very very good food. Breakfast and dinner. You could tell it was really honest home-cooked food, and there was joy and experience in tasting everything. Mashed potatoes, potatoes, rice, sauces, meats, a selection with minimal fried stuff, although fry lovers could have had them too, but it certainly wasn't about them. Anyone who likes honest home-cooked food made with delicious local ingredients will definitely enjoy it. I like to cook :-) so I appreciated and enjoyed it :-). Another plus was that the rooms were reasonably sized, nicely decorated, very good mattresses and comfortable sleeping arrangements, and everywhere was very clean and constantly being cleaned. If all of Montenegro was as clean and tidy as the Cungu Apartment House was, it would be very classy.

Montenegro needs some more time and more tourists to get itself in order. The streets are quite messy at times.

The breakfast and dinner was good and there were plenty of food, if you arrive punctually. But if you are late, the consumed meal weren't served again,, Parking place was 100-200 méter far from the apartment.

It was cool!

The breakfast was VERY good and the dinner soups was surprisingly good. The location was very nice. The stuff was very friendly, they are always ready to help, realy!

In this price in the breakfast we would expect 1 free coffee and free water for all meal. Wi-Fi problems in the floor in the restaurant was very good! For big family's, please give always the lower floors!

Very pleasant stay👌

Good location, just over the little bridge on the canal from the beach . Shops and some restaurants 20m away. Some more bars and shops 200m away. Nice view from the last floor and you have a sun terrace either. Good selection for a breakfast from scrambled eggs with different vegs or sausage,to pancakes and watermelon 🍉. They make a dinner buffet but We didn't try ,10€exc drinks. After first night we were moved to another room due to air con failure. BTW we could choose the room on our arrival the owner showed us 3 rooms and we made a choice.

That's not a big issue but there is limited parking space for a cars so but the owner has got another parking space about 100m away.

Best apartman close to Ulcijn!

Everthing was perfect! Good location close to the clean beach! Has a safe car parking area is only 2 minutes far away. Or if you can't move your car you can stay on a back garden! Has a free WiFi! House cleaning - works very well. Every day we had a clean towel and bed sheets! Moping every day so no sand in a room! The clima works very well and isn't noisy! My little boy who is 2 years old slept very well all the time! Has a mini fridge and freezer which is an amazing! Kitchen staff- keep on eye the FIFO ( First in first out) has a clean kitchen equipment ( spoon; fork; knife etc...) The food is delicious; fresh and different every day. My favourite was an aubergine looks and taste perfect! Has a lot of options so you 100 percent end of the meals you full! The pizza is homemade; is cooking front of you! All the meat cooked well!!!! If you are vegetarian don't worries; you have an options as well! Staff is so helpful and friendly speak the English language well! Don't hesitate to ask any help- because everyone is a great person! End of the street has a market and lot of restaurant - evening is so quiet! No mosquitoes! We really enjoyed the 1 week to stay there and we will be back a next year! Thank you so much everything! Very good

I stayed for 6 nights and it was very good. The owners are very kind and very helpfull, also the staf were very kind. The breakfast it was delicious, it was almost my hometown food. I met other guest and I create friendship with them. The beach is very near.

There are a lot of stairs, with it was a little bit problem for my old mother.

Perfect journey for families with kids!

The breackfast was good and various. We had the option to have dinner there at 7 euro/person The breackfast and dinner were Swedish buffet. The beach was at 200m, with fine sand, and the water was clear and not deap for 100m, being perfect for little children. In conclusion the place it's perfect for families with kids. The room in which we stayed was clean, with new furniture, AC, WiFi and TV. The towels were changed daily. We stayed at top floor and we had a great view.

There was no TV signal. Nearby there was a water duct and in the evening there were lots of mosquitoes. In the sea, there were little crabs that grabed your feet if you accidentaly stepped on them! On windy days, the sand was blown away being so fine. The place was quiet and small and didn't offer a lot of amusement.

Vacation in Ulcinj in beginning of summer.

Quiet, calm, nature and birds singing around. Very helpful staff. In beginning of June, high season had not begun yet, so a lot of apartments and businesses were not opened yet, they prepared for the coming season. Very calm and pieceful this time of the year. Beautiful beach!

Place to enjoy

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was perfect. It was nice view from the upper floor, unfortunately there is no lift...The beach is just accross the canal - a short distance from the house. Velika plaža is a great place for the family to enjoy the whole day and the sea in September was warm. The staff was very polite and pleasant, also the food was very good. The cook, not only that she was a good cook, she was also a nice person and offered extra dish, they even asked us what we would like to have for dinner. It was a good decision to accept their offer to have dinner with them. Very important thing to mention is a private parking in front of the house, however in peak season it could be a problem...

Nothing to complain at. Maybe the smell from the canal could be unpleasant occassionally.

Der perfekte Aufenthalt. Sehr sauber. Das Personal mehr als freundlich, kümmert sich perfekt um die Gäste. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Es war der perfekte Aufenthalt und hätte besser nicht sein können. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

La colazione è tutto sommato quello che si può trovare nei balcani. Non è certo la colazione che si potrebbe trovare in una qualsiasi sistemazione italiana. In ogni caso il caffè è buono e i titolari molto disponibili

Mancano le brioches, la frutta, gli yogurt, i cereali e la scelta di marmellate. Un tedesco invece sarebbe felice di fare colazione qui.

Moc příjemný majitel a personál, snažili se vyhovět opravdu ve všem. Kuchyně naprosto úžasná a dostatek všeho. Klidné místo pro opravdový odpočinek. Apartmán čistý, vybavení je nové, pohodlné postele, dostatek místa, výměna ručníků a úklid každý den. Strávili jsme zde krásný pobyt, cítili jsme se jako doma. Moc děkujeme a určitě se vrátíme na toto úžasné místo. Moc děkujeme majiteli, že nám poskytl pokoj na odpočinek při předčasném příjezdu, než byl nachystán náš pokoj. Velké poděkování.

Devolopeři skupují místa u moře a stavějí hotely, zabírají pláže a to i místním, kteří musejí ustoupit. Zakázala bych prodej pozemků tak blízko u pláže. To ale nevyřeší obyčejní lidé, prostě jde o peníze.

Ein total genießbarer Aufenthalt, um Ruhe zu genießen.

Die Besitzer waren extrem zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer erreichbar. Sie führen ihre Arbeit mit sehr viel Liebe aus und kümmern sich stark um ihre Gäste. Selbst das eingestellte Personal war freundlich und ist auf die Wünsche eingegangen. Ich erwarte nicht viel vom Essen aber wir waren sehr überrascht. Sowohl das Frühstück auch das Abendessen war vielfältig und ausgewogen. Zum Frühstück gab es nicht nur Brötchen, sondern auch belegte Brötchen, Gemüse, pancakes etc. Zum Abendessen wurden wir erstmal mit einer Suppe begrüßt. Danach hattest du Nudeln, Kartoffeln, Reis, Fleisch, Pizza, Salate, Obst und Kuchen. Also genug von allem. Danke auf jeden Fall an das Küchenpersonal! Das Appartement wird sauber gehalten und ist relativ modern. Ist sehr gut für Familien und Pärchen geeignet, da es ein ruhiger Ort ist. Die Lage ist auch super und direkt am Strand. Es ist möglich Sonnenschirme und Liegen zu mieten. Es gibt auch genug kleine Märkte zum einkaufen und kleine Ausgehmöglichkeiten wie Bars, Restaurants, Attraktionen für Kinder. Für größere Aktivitäten ist der Ort nicht geeignet, sondern eher Budva und Kotor. Wir sind dankbar für den schönen Aufenthalt:)

Wir haben an sich nichts auszusetzen. Es gibt kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge wie Bereitstellung von einem Föhn, Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Tüchern aber es sind Kleinigkeiten.

Wir waren 9 Nächte dort und sehr zufrieden. Es fehlte uns nichts. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Personal ist immer nett und freundlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.

2 минуты до пляжа, очень тихое местечко. Отличный персонал. Было в затишье, когда в отеле было мало гостей. Из-за этого шведского стола на завтрак не было, но каждый день были разнообразные вариации континентального завтрака.

Грязновато в номере, есть песок. Нет одеял, только пледы и простыни. Нет лифта.

Чудова природа: море, гори, відпочинок душею та тілом

Чудові апартаменти! Затишно, чисто, дуже привітні господарі, персонал, зручне розташування. Можна замовити в апартаментах трансфер з/до аеропорту, таксі в будь-який напрямок, власник та персонал люб'язно допоможуть це зробити. Особливий респект сніданкам та вечерям: їжа дуже смачна, якісна, різноманітна, на всі смаки, приготована по-домашньому. Для нас дворазового харчування було достатньо. До моря дуже близько, що особливо важливо було при виборі апартаментів. Всі питання вирішуються дуже швидко: наприклад у нас в номері погано працював кондиціонер, проблема була вирішена дуже швидко, поки ми приблизно дві години були на пляжі, приїхала сервісна служба та все полагодила. Поряд є маркети, риночок з сувенірами та одягом. Навкруги є чудові та затишні ресторанчики та кафе. Ми любимо тихий, сімейний відпочинок, тому рекомендуємо апартаменти для тих, хто хоче відпочити душею та тілом. Бажаємо процвітання та всіх благ власникам апартаментів!

Все було добре, але ввечері багато комарів, тому обов'язково запасіться засобами від них. Це ніяк не відноситься до недоліків апартаментів. Добре було б встановити москітні сітки на дверях балкону, щоб можна було б відчиняти двері на ніч та дихати свіжим морським повітрям. На жаль, в номері був дуже поганий інтернет, внизу в ресторані інтернет працює добре.
