Everything is wonderful

The rooms were clean as if they were being used for the first time. The view from the rooms was of the sea. Watching the sunset in the evening was indescribable. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extremely delicious and varied. I loved it. It is a place we definitely want to stay when we come to Montenegro again.

It was a magical place. Because it is a small hotel, I received amazing personal service.

KAAB Boutique Hotel was a true find. The setting was beautiful, and there were days I didn't leave the premises. I was so relaxed. The owners live behind the hotel and were so helpful with everything from restaurant and beach recommendations to providing extra keys when I locked myself out of the room. The breakfast was incredible -- a tremendous variety of pastries, egg dishes, fruit, cheeses, meats, and more. I wish I had taken a picture of the beautiful presentation. They provided a to-go box, so it doubled as lunch! I will definitely return.

Best views and amazing sunsets!

I really like the style of the hotel. I don't like to stay in big resorts and here there are just 6 rooms wich was perfect. The view from the balcony was amazing and the sunset, stunning! When the beach is calm, the ocean is very clear. They recommended us the tour to Skadar Lake, I'm glad I made it! They also have 2 Stand Up Paddles that you can use for free. The coffe is free all day! The breakfast was also very nice (can be a lot but you can take the leftovers to avoid the foodwaste). There is no service for lunch or dinner but I highly reccomend the Kafana Rakita.

The stylish design creates a luxurious atmosphere, while the family who runs the hotel are incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything you might need. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean is simply magical and deeply calming. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and the view is honestly unbeatable. We’re so grateful for this experience and can’t wait to return!

Expectations exceeded, idyllic, peaceful, private and welcoming

Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful clean rooms, with incredible attention to detail to the idyllic sea on the private beach outside, everything about this place is perfect. When the sea is calm the water is crystal clear and even when we ventured out on the paddle boards provided we could see right down to the bottom at depth, and when the the sea becomes a little rougher with winds its still incredibly inviting. Ideal for a peaceful get away far from the busy tourist areas but close enough to local attractions. Kaltrina, Burim and their sons are a lovely family who run the hotel and are incredibly welcoming and helpful and truly made our stay special. The breakfast provided was exquisite and different every day, with all produce being sourced locally, evident in the tastes that make every mouthful a pleasure. My wife has food allergies and these were accommodated so kindly, with thoughtful alternatives provided for her when needed. Without a doubt we will definitely be going back.

Wonderful Stay at Kaab Hotel, Ulcinj!

Kaab Hotel is a true gem—modern, spotless, and incredibly welcoming. The rooms are beautifully designed with stunning views and super comfortable beds. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was amazing, fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The location is peaceful yet just minutes from the Old Town. If you’re heading to Ulcinj, this hotel is a must. One of the best experiences we’ve had!

Dream of living by the sea (literally) comes true

The hotel is perfectly placed far from everything. Quiet place, the only noise you have - is the sound of the waves. The facilities are new and fresh, rooms are well furnished and have almost all you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are wonderful people always happy to help and provide assistance. Breakfasts are exquisite. We stayed for three nights and all three time breakfast was different. Highly recommend if you want to rest in a quiet place after a hard business week or stressful events in life.

This place is perfect for relaxation - everything is designed in a unique and tasteful style, and the rooms look like something straight out of Pinterest. The view of the sea is breathtaking, and the surrounding area is filled with olive trees. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby and many beautiful beaches to explore.

We visited in May, which turned out to be a bit too early weather-wise - it was quite windy and cool, so unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to swim

Exceptional

Extraordinary breakfast made of local food, personally served to our table every day with several combinations. Great location, small beach and the sea just next to you. Our apartment had a private entrance to the sea just from the terrace. Wonderfull sun set every day visible from the room and terrace. Private beach with no stress to get the beach deck chair. Very friendly owner ready to help every hour of your stay.

The arrival road into the hotel is challenging. You will not believe to your navigation if you see the real road in front of you. It is narrow and steep and you will think that you are comming to the hell. But when you finish, you will appear at the paradise :-). I recommend to take a second digression (turn) from main road coming from Croatia direction. This road is less steep.

Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated, plus a large balcony with a sunset view. Spacious even for a family of 5. The sandy beach (just a bit rocky at the beginning) is cleaned every day and is great for kids. The water is clear and calm in the morning and a bit choppy in the afternoon. The kids also enjoyed this part of the day as they were able to have fun with the waves which were neither too big nor too small, just the best for them. Having your own beach during high season is a HUGE advantage so you can enjoy quiet, peaceful times with your family and you're not on some crowded beach like we've experienced at other places. There are two restaurants on the beach, both with tasty food and nice prices. We literally parked our car at the hotel and didn't want to move anywhere else. There are only 2-3 lodging houses and those 2 restaurants in the area. The rest is just forests all around. Breakfast was delicious and very nicely served. Lots of different food to choose from. As a bonus you get a veeery nice host with really hospitable staff. We felt really comfortable and welcome during our stay. We recommend this place and would love to come back again. Our rating 10+

Beautiful Hotel/Amazing Host

10/10. This boutiqe hotel is very mondern and clean, with great design taste. There is a private beach with sunbeds for the guests. The view from the terrace is great and its overlooking the sea. Sunset from the terrace is beautiful. The breakfast included is amazing, instead of doing the usual «buffet» they make you breakfast. What you get is like a brunch, with eggs, pastries, fruits, juice, different toppings etc.. The owner is an amazing host, and has great sense of customer service. Do not hesitate to book this place! Amazing value for the money.

Perfect!

The brand new, family-run hotel is located directly on a sandy beach on a beautiful bay. The hotel is architecturally very appealing. So are the rooms, which are stylishly furnished. All rooms have a balcony from which you can enjoy the sunset. The sun sets in the middle of the bay. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Tips for excursions can be given there. The breakfast is exceptionally good, from grandma there are homemade, fried pastries, fresh fruit, everything your heart desires. No wish remains unfulfilled. Right next door there are 2 good restaurants. Thank you very much, we will come again! The rooms are looking better even better in real than on the fotos.

Die Lage direkt am Meer, mit eigenen Liegestühlen ist wunderschön. Man kann zu Meerrauschen einschlafen und erwachen. Das ruhige Abmiente durch die wenigen Zimmer und nicht überfüllten Umgebung ist für Ruhesuchende ideal. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön gestaltet, das Frühstück sensationell und die Gastgeber sehr nett. Die tolle Lage direkt am Meer in der kleinen Bucht. Die hochwertige und geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Zimmers. Das sehr bequeme Bett und der wundervolle Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon. Das äußerst reichhaltige und frische Frühstück (immer toll angerichtet und abwechslungsreich) und die sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberfamilie. Der eigene Strandbereich des Hotels mit ausreichend Liegen. Direkt daneben liegt ein kleines und sehr gutes Restaurant sowie ein paar Meter unterhalb eine Strandbar. Zudem sind direkt an der Unterkunft Parkplätze vorhanden.

Es war alles wunderbar!!! Nur die Zufahrtsstraße ist sehr schmal, aber kann problemlos befahren werden.

Die Lage in der Bucht direkt am Meer, das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück auf der Terrasse, serviert am Tisch. Die Gastgeberin gibt tolle Tipps für die Umgebung und unterstützt einen jederzeit. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen, um zum Supermarkt oder den Restaurants zu fahren. Am besten einen kleinen Wagen buchen, die Straßen zum Hotel sind sehr schmal.

Die Balkontür klemmte oft und man hatte kaum Haken, um Sachen aufzuhängen, das hat aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Перед поездкой прочитала много хороших отзывов, но действительность превзошла все мои ожидания. Потрясающий вид с балкона, шум моря, которое находится практически у тебя под ногами. Это место для спокойного отдыха. Море было теплое, иногда волнами приносило на берег много водорослей, но их сразу убирали. Мало людей, что для нас является несомненным плюсом, в отеле всего 6 номеров. На пляже, конечно, есть люди из других отелей, но в будние дни их немного. Стильная обстановка в отеле. Все именно так, как на фотографиях. Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, об этом все писали. Все так. Но, самое главное достоинство - это хозяева отеля. Интеллигентная, доброжелательная семья Калтрины сделали все возможное, чтобы наш отдых удался. Сама красавица Калтрина - очень стильная, всегда готовая прийти на помощь, окружила нас своей заботой с момента прибытия и до отъезда: сделала нам апгрейд номера, посоветовала нам отличные рестораны и интересные места, решала все возникающие у нас вопросы и проблемы. Мне кажется, что иногда мы даже несколько злоупотребляли ее добротой и гостеприимством. Мы брали в аренду машину и ездили в ближайшие города: в основном, в Ульцинь, там есть что посмотреть в старом городе, на большой пляж иногда, в ресторанчики, которые нам посоветовала Калтрина. Пытались поехать в Бар и Будву, но выбрали неудачное время, застряли в пробке и вернулись обратно. Решили сделать это в следующий приезд. По поводу съезда с главной дороги. Я прочитала много отзывов по поводу сложностей с заездом и это вопрос меня очень волновал. На самом деле, мне кажется, что проблема несколько преувеличена. Дорог две. Одна - перед туннелем, она более крутая (если вы едете со стороны Бара). Вторая - после туннеля, менее крутая, но подлиннее. Я проехала по обеим без всяких проблем. Для меня предпочтительней оказалась вторая, по ней и ездили. Да, дорога не широкая, иногда попадаются впереди идущие машины (нечасто), но всегда удавалось разъехаться.
