A relaxing weekend by the sea

We arived very early in the morning and the lady at the reception welcomed us with coffee and some breakfast and arranged for us a very early check-in (Maria - thank you very much). From this moment on, we were impresed how polite and welcoming all the hotel members are. The view at the hotel is amazing and they served quite rich breakfast. Definitely we shall stay again at the hotel when back in Stavros.

The hotel was very modernly designed, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very attentive. We would like to thank them. They had prepared a spread breakfast at the table just for us, and everything was incredibly delicious. If we ever look for a hotel in that area again, this place will definitely be our choice.

Fani is the beachfront Hotel with a perfect location, you gonna need only 5 minutes walking to the centar, Fani beach is the best beach you can find in Stavros for sure. It's the finest sandy beach, all other that i saw was rocks. They have great ambient. Breakfast is also great you will have lot of variety, so you can always choose what you like. Staff was very friendly and professional.You have every day room service so your room is a perfectly clean every day. The best luxury Hotel in Stavros. Highly recomended.

New comfortable hotel suited for families, with a great location

The hotel has a great location, right at the beach and around 10 minutes walking distance from the center. The surrounding of the hotel was nicely arranged. It has its own beach with sunbeds reserved for every room and free of charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful, getting out of their way to answer every request. The room was clean and fairly spacious with e really big terrace and all the amenities needed for a comfortable vacation. Lot of parking spaces. Wi Fi was working smoothly. Breakfast is really exceptional, with a lot of different types of foods for everyone's taste.

The cleaning crew does not work a regular schedule, so every day they would come at different times and on few occasions they would catch us back from the beach, so cleaning would not be done on that day. The beach, even though nice, is rocky at the beginning. The sunbeds at the beach are not movable, so most of the day they are not covered by the umbrella, thus unsuitable for children. The drinks at the bar are a bit overpriced. Surrounding beaches probably more suitable.

It was mostly a positive experience, we rate it 9/10

The apartments were very clean and the personnel was professional and helpful. We loved that there was private parking and a beach bar near the hotel so we never felt the need to worry about anything on our trip. First day, when we arrived, we got to enjoy a cold glass of lemonade which was so nice after travelling for 10 hours. The breakfast was tasty and it had a lot to choose from, and the tortilla at the beach bar is something we really recommend!!! The hotel was near the centre but there was a little bit of walking included. Overall we were really impressed with everything and take with us positive memories.

Even though everyone was really nice and helpful we felt that the personnel was extremely slow, especially at the beach bar. We waited 20+ minutes every time we ordered something. It was understandable that it takes time for the food to get done, but we would sometimes only order 2 beers or ask for an ashtray and we would still wait really long.

Nice beach hotel with a good breakfast

Fani is a very nice and clean hotel, located just 50 meters from a beach. It provides a really good breakfast (served between 8:30 and 11:00) with some variations every morning so it doesn't get boring. Rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and good balconies that feature side-view to the sea. WiFi was working fast and without interruptions. There is a large parking in front of the hotel. Nearby beach is nice, sandy, with a cool beach-bar that plays nice music and has amazing sunbeds. The usage is free if you are a hotel guest. You can also get nice beach towels at the reception.

Even though the breakfast was nice, eggs, bacon and other warm food was mostly cold, regardless of the time. It would be nice to have something to keep the food warm. Bathrooms are looking good but they are not practical - there is a little room to put your toiletries and clothes when you need to use it. There is a coffee machine in each room but there were no complimentary capsules. Also, bathroom had only one soap and hair-conditioner. We expected to have at least a shampoo and shower gel. Room cleaning is performed every other day; we would prefer the daily cleaning.

A great vacation!

We went in the middle of May 2021. The breakfast was exceptional. It was a lot of food for 2 adults and 2 small kids (2y and 3y). It's impossible to not like the food. Well cooked and tasty. The hotel is located close to the beach and also close to the city in a quiet location. Anna, the girl which takes care of the restaurant and the rooms was helpful and supportive. Also, the entire hotel staff is friendly and glad to help you with anything.

Superb

People working in the hotel was excellent, kind and very helpful. I would like to give special thanks to the receptionist as well as to the cleaning lady that kept everything to the best level. Breakfast was really good and various, although we visited Stavros in early preseason. Room we booked was room we got, same as on the photos.

Unusual arrangement of the bathroom/toilet and no closet which is not a bad thing by definition but something we were missing.
