Our apartment was a duplex, beautiful overall, but on the EG and UG (we were not informed about the location of the apartment in advance). A very small old TV, no choice of programs, especially children's, sports channels. The UG room was dark and smelled of dampness that my wife could not stand, the apartment was dirty, poorly maintained, the drain in the bathroom was clogged (I personally took out the fine sand from it), the ventilation was weak, a shame for such a new facility.

Second time in Nea Vrasna - the same great experience!

This is the second time we've been to Nea Vrasna and this property respectively. The property is just one or two minutes walk from the beach and most importantly, it has its own beach. You don't pay to use the beach, but you can order a variety of food, snacks and drinks while sunbathing. The staff both at the hotel and the beach are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time there and will definitely come back next year! I strongly recommend the property to future guests!

The only disadvantage of the property is the quality of Wi-Fi. On the second floor, apt. 7, the connection was very poor and most of the time we used our mobile data. This is the reason why I am giving a mark of 9/10.

Bad conditions of living- no internet, television with 3 channels, bad smells, full of mosquitoes inside, moisture room with a lot of mold. The worst place I have ever been. 😪

Exceptional

Everything was wonderful, the hosts were super friendly and always there if you need anything. The room was fully equiped with everything necessary. The place is right next to the beach, you can see it from your terrace. It was very clean and comfortable, there was free wi-fi. Also, the place is pet friendly. We loved our stay there and we will definitelly come back. :)

Superb experience

Room with sea view is very spaceous as well as the balcony. Ideal for families with 2 kids. There is enough room for the stroller. Furnitures are new, windows and balcony doors with mosquito protection. Cleanliness was A class, towels changed on every 3 days. For 7 day stay our towels were changed twice if not even 3 times (I don't recall). Airconditioning is working, but we did not use it. Beds are very comfy.

Shower cabin was clogged due to beach sand when we arrived, I cleaned it easily. Also the bathroom was always wet as it seems to me that tile levelling was not done correctly, although I am not an expert. This was a bit anoying. 2nd thing, WiFi connection was out for two evenings and overall connection was not that great. These were the only slight downsides, but overall I would for sure come back again.

Location of the apartments.

The space of the apartment is very small for 4 people. The upper bed is unusable because the air conditioner is placed exactly above it. The bathroom and mini kitchen were not cleaned before our arrival.

Really nice location at a good price, near the see. Clean rooms, with nice terrace. We stayed at the top floor but with the AC running it was ok. Our rooms was cleaned and had towels changed twice during a week stay, so a nice surprise.
