Our room faced the main road where cars and trucks constantly pass. It's hard to sleep with the window open because of the noise, but with earplugs it's okay. That's the only complaint.

A great place!

Everything was great! The place is new, cosy, modern, and very clean. The apartment was big enough for a family 2+2 (we even had 2 bathrooms and 2 big balconies). It was very comfortable, had everything we needed, and was cleaned everyday. Our apartment was facing the backyard and the sea, so we didn't hear any noise. The beach is a few minutes away. Konstantinoupolis Rooms is located between Asprovalta and Nea Vrasna, so you can go for a walk in both towns. There's a restaurant at the place, with a great variety of tasty food and it works 24/7. So, we are very glad that we chose Konstantinoupolis Rooms for our holiday!

Comfortable, near the beach

It's a good place to stay for a day or two - near the beach and a comfortable unit. Has AC and the beds and bathrooms are good. Cleaning is really well. The restaurant is good.

If you happen to have a room that overlooks the road, instead of the sea, your balcony will be unusable for most of the day, and some of the night. It is too hot, too loud and not pleasant. The rooms are good, but no real outside space, so you're confined to it.

Our stay was exceptional!

The location of the accommodation is excellent, the beach is very close, the center is close, the market is right across the street. The food in the restaurant is also good, the restaurant is open 24/7.

As a drawback, I would mention the poor internet, available but occasionally very poor. I believe that the infrastructure in Greece itself is not very great, so I would not attribute this to the accommodation. The noise from the highway and the parking lot across from the accommodation where trucks and buses used to park can be a little disturbing, so you can hear them, but for those who are used to city noise, this is nothing. It is not unbearable.

Very close to the beach (2 minutes walk), The breakfast and the other meals are in the top 3 of all the places in the region. Variety of delicious local dishes and also some Italian ones. The staff is very kind and helpful. Prices are very affordable.

There is no elevator, which could be challenging for people who cannot climb stairs. Other than this everything is excellent.

Superb

A beautiful and cozy pension close to the beach. The restaurant serves delicious dishes at good prices. The sea food soup was incredible delicious but was served only one day during our 7 days stay (indeed I haven't ate all the lunches there). I would have loved to eat it one more time.

During our 7 days stay we had wifi only several hours in the first day. I was told there is a problem with a broken cable. Ok, but I doubt that this kind of problem takes more than 7 days to fix it.

Great location, between Nea Vrasna and Asprovalta. Close to the beach. Clean, comfortable and quiet. They were cleaning our room every day. Food is delicious. I have chance to try various traditional Greek food at affordable prices.

I like it

I liked the fact it was in a good location, close to the sea and it had it's own restaurant with good food. It was also clean and quiet. Asprovalta is really a nice place for a few days trip

Disappointing

Very noise during the night, outside from the road and parking of the pension. Parking of the pension is used also from long vehicles for parking. We coudn't sleep all the night from the noise in the parking lot. We don't prefere this pension.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, bis zum Strand sind es einige Minuten. Gegenüber ist ein grosser Supermarkt aber das überqueren der Hauptstraße ist eine Herausforderung da es keine Ampel oder Zebrastreifen gibt. Das Familienzimmer hatte 2 Bäder was wirklich super ist und durchgangstür zum anderen Zimmer. Es gibt keine Karte für die Tür, sondern einen Code was einerseits praktisch ist aber etwas nervig wenn man sich vertippt. Grosser Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Aussicht ist super. Für die Handtücher gibt es am Balkon die Möglichkeit zum aufhängen. Wir haben 1x zu Abend gegessen, hat geschmeckt und preislich auch gut. Hat aber flair von einer Kantine. In Nea vrasna gibt es einige Lokale die wirklich super sind. Asprovalta selbst gibt es einiges aber viel zu überlaufen. Frühstück hatten wir einige Male im Hotel aber es gibt nicht wirklich eine Karte somit schwierig mit dem auswählen. Die Desserts sind super lecker und grosse Auswahl. Parkplatz gibt es im Hof. Bäckerei in der Nähe wäre praktisch da es im Supermarkt nicht wirklich super grosse Auswahl an Gebäck gab. Kleines Hotel was eigentlich sehr angenehm ist aber wenn es Gäste gib, die sich benehmen als wären sie alleine da...aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Würde aufjedenfall wieder dort buchen nur nicht zur Straße raus die Zimmer, wenn dann nur die mit Meerblick.

Sehr sehr hellhörig. Das Restaurant hat 24 std geöffnet, dementsprechend laut ist es. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Meerblick aber über dem Restaurant und Küche. Da die ganze Nacht in der Küche gewerkt wird und geklopft..schnitzel usw hört man das alles, auch aus den Nachbarzimmer hört man alles.

Мястото за настаняване изглежда точно както на снимките. Много приятно и уютно. Почистване - всеки ден. Смяна на кърпите през ден. На разположение имаше душ гел, течен сапун, сешоар, ютия, дъска за гладене и простор. В стаята има малък хладилник с отделна камера, климатик, комарник, ролетни щори, сенник на терасата и телевизор(само с гръцки програми). Стаята се отключва с код(не е необходимо да носиш ключ или карта). Леглото беше много удобно. За не повече от 5 мин. пеша се стига до плажа. Места за паркиране има достатъчно. Под стаите за настаняване има ресторант с разнообразно меню, който работи през целия ден. Срещу хотела има супермаркет.

Няма асансьор. Повечето стаи гледат към пътя, но шума не се чува при затворени прозорци. Стаята може да е малко по-голяма.

Отель расположен близко к морю и к супермаркету. Ресторан в отеле отличный, еда вкусная. Отель находится между Аспровалта и Неа-Врасна, что позволяет гулять и по одному и по другому городу. Номер очень красивый, чистый, просторный, свежий. Мы хотим вернуться сюда снова.

Mesto koje pruža osećaj sigurnosti i pozitivne energije.

Mesto na koje se vraćamo sigurno, osoblje koje je predivno toliko su ljubazni i srdačni da smo zaista oduševljeni, najlepši kolači koje smo probali naročito ferro ekler. Sobe su čiste, ima klima naravno posteljina se menja sobe se čiste svaki dan i blizu je plaže. Zaista za svaku pohvalu naravno i ove godine smo bili na istom mestu i odluka je da se sledeće godine vratimo samo što ćemo umesto 10 boraviti 15 dana kvalitet je ostao isti ako ne i bolji, ljudi su predivni osećam se kao kod kuće pozitivna energija kojom Grci zrače je nezamenljiva i verujem da ćemo ovo mesto posećivati još dugo. Hvala od srca na svemu bilo nam je predivno.

Nemamo nijednu zamerku samo reči hvale.
