Great apartment and welcoming host!

The location of Avra is perfect! Right on the main walking street, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, with sea view apartments. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and clean, with shared kitchen. The host is very welcoming, attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back!

Better than expected.

We had a fantastic stay at Avra Apartments in Stavros! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and even better than expected. The hosts were kind and attentive, checking in on us regularly. The location is ideal – right on the promenade with amazing sea views and lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. Beautiful beaches are everywhere, whether you walk or drive. Huge thanks to the lovely family running this place – highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

Very good choice

Staying at this hotel was a real pleasure. The location is simply perfect – just steps away from the sea and the center of Stavros, which is such a lovely and peaceful town. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The owner is exceptionally kind and always smiling. I highly recommend this hotel – a place where you can truly experience Greek hospitality and tranquility.

Great experience

We liked everything, tha place, the location, the balkon, the AC, the bed, the staff. Especially Antonio, he was great, he showed us nice places to visit, gave us a map, and even booked us a reservation in a verry good restaurant.10/10 would recommend!

At the heart of Stavros, clean and lean stay

Location is at the center of Stavros. Nice balcony. Beds and pillows are comfortable. High ceilings and when I close the windows to avoid any noise from outside in the night, it was not hot inside which means a comfortable sleep for us. Antonio was a very good friendly host, thanks to him.

Great accommodation and hosts in perfect location

Accommodation is located in main walking area, in heart of the Stavros, very near to good beaches and restaurants. Room was great, clean, with clean towels and beddings, with balcony and view directly on main street. Room was cleaned daily, and new set of towels were available on demand. Host (Antonio) is a very good young guy, he is available for you anytime. He recommended us good places to visit and go for dinner, and everything was excellent.

Superb

Located on a busy street with lots of cafes and restaurants. Very nice to sit at the balcony with a glass of wine and look at the crowds. Very close to a nice beach. Friendly staff.

Due to the location, it's very loud at night. You can choose to close the windows, which are very well insulated but then it gets hot inside and you need to use the airco, which is directly above one of the double beds. It blows too strong to sleep there with the airco on.

It was very good for one week.

Everything was close, the center, sea, shops. Balcony with view to the walking street.

We were 2 persons and had a room for 3 persons, so on the 3. bed we could put our stuff. For 3 persons it is too small.

Lep smeštaj u centru Stavrosa

Smeštaj je bio kao na slikama, na 1.spratu, soba br. 6, na dobroj lokaciji, kreveti baš udobni. Domaćin Antonio ljubazan i na usluzi tokom celog boravka. Posteljina menjana na 4 dana.

Jedina neprijatnost bio je komšija iz apoteke preko puta, koji je iznutra iz svoje radnje konstantno posmatrao našu terasu i sobu – a pogled mu je išao direktno ka kupatilu. To je stvaralo jak osećaj nelagodnosti i nedostatka privatnosti jer ipak boravak je trajao 10 dana. Bilo bi sjajno kada bi se postavio neki paravan na gelender na terasi kako bi se ta situacija ublažila.

Хотелът се намира на главната пешеходна улица в Ставрос, на пешеходно разстояние от плажа. Към хотела няма паркинг, но в непосредствена близост има градски паркинг, който е безплатен. Стаята ни беше малка, но много чиста и снабдена с всичко необходимо - тоалетни принаджлежности, климатик, сешоар и добър wi-fi обхват. Терасата ни гледаше към улицата, но не сме имали проблем с шума. Около хотелът има ресторанти, супермаркети, пекарни.

Нищо, има всичко необходимо за един прекрасен престой.
