The location is great. The property looks modern and plush outside the room areas. The swimming pool and garden area appear well maintained. The staff are very helpful and accommodating!
We paid more money for a sea view suite which was unfortunately situated right opposite the breakfast hall. So from 7.30am the noise started with setting up the breakfast room, and trolleys coming past our door, followed swiftly at 8 o’clock by wailing babies, canteen style chat noise and clinking plates and cutlery. Our sleep was therefore spoiled every day without fail. There was a good variety of breakfast however the cooked food at breakfast was cold. The heaters underneath the serving stations were never turned on. The room wasn’t really a luxury experience. The kitchen was poorly equipped for a self catering style room. The bed sheets didn’t even fit the bed, the bed was too soft and the pillows were uncomfortable. The aircon was strong enough to successfully take the edge off of very hot weather, however the ac unit itself was incredibly noisy such that the room sounded like there was a wind storm going on.
