Apartments Florence - Modern San Zanobi quiet and cozy

The apartment is a terrific base in the historic centre of town with everything you need for a very comfortable short, or longer term stay. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet but only 10-20 minutes walk from most popular sites. There is a very convenient supermarket at the end of the street, but the central market is less than 10 minutes walk away. The kitchen is well equipped to make cooking at home easy. There are cafes and restaurants close by, including some Asian restaurants if you tire of Italian. The apartment is located on the ground floor (very accessible) and at the back of the building so there is zero noise from the street and security is good. The management agency is helpful and responsive, though may ask you to pay utilities separately to the daily rate. It is worth checking this with them before confirming your booking so there are no surprises. Check in was super easy with someone from the agency meeting me on site to show me around. I would really recommend this great apartment. I loved coming back to it each day after walking around the city, or ducking home for lunch and a break before heading out again. It felt like a quiet sanctuary in the heart of the city.

I couldn’t get the tv to work for YouTube. I also don’t think being asked to potentially pay utility costs separately to the day rate for short term rental is appropriate. I hope they change this policy.
