Location was super nice, nice flat into downtown Florence, only problem was WiFi but has be taken in account by the staff. Great
No complain about cons only maybe the shower head which was a bit broken.

Space was clean and is roomy. Beautiful ceilings in the bedroom and the kitchen area. Appliances work well.
The paint around the bedroom windowsill is very old and paint chips fell onto my face and in my eyes when opened. The host was late to get me the key and I got rained on. No laundry soap
