Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo el casco histórico y lo mejor es que no se escucha nada el ruido de la calle. Paolo fue súper amable, estuvo siempre en contacto con nosotros a través de wpp; nos dejó galletitas y jugo de naranja :)
El departamento está súper bien acondicionado, tiene muy buena calefacción por paneles (baño, habitación) y aire acondicionado (habitación y comedor). La cocina está bien equipada, tiene todo lo necesario.
Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas.
El baño es amplio y tiene buena ventilación.
Cuenta con un balcón interior que permite colgar ropa para secar y también en el que puedes disfrutar.
En resumen, 100% recomendable este departamento. Nuestra estadía estuvo genial!

Great location. Had everything we needed. It was quiet.
There are a lot of stairs to reach the apartment, but we were able to manage it.

Posizione strategica, vicina alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e a due passi dal centro. Bibita in frigo e biscotti e caffè a disposizione. Chiarezza del proprietario nel fornire tutte le informazioni utili.

Tres pisos sin ascensor lo que no fue informado y con escaleras precarias, bien ubicado en cuanto a cercanía con todo Pero algo peligroso
