The only good thing about this property is their location.

List of things that made this our worst stay in Italy: (May-2023) 1. You only get PART of what is displayed on the PICTURES. We were confused when arriving and seeing how small this property actually was, then realized they show multiple properties on the pictures instead of the one you are actually booking. 2. There was a reeking ODOUR of SEWAGE coming from the bathroom which is 2 steps away from your springy sofa bed. The air ventilation was defective and moldy therefore wasn't of much help. 3. The SOFA BED had a huge gap in the middle and felt so used, that you could feel the dozens of SPRINGS in it. Our backs hurt after only 2 nights (we are in our mid-twenties for reference) 4. ADDITIONAL check-in RULES were provided 3 DAYS before our arrival asking for a SPECIFIC CHECK-IN TIME (with a 15 MINUTES curtesy window). When we were unable to make our "appointment" for 12pm due to delays and poor internet service to communicate (as many travelers experience), we had to wait 2 hours on the street with our luggages for the host's next availability. Their booking.com check-in rules failed to mentioned this essential information regarding check-in, as we would not have booked this *non-refundable* (+400$ CAD) property had we known there was no reception for 2pm-11pm check in (as mentioned on Booking) and that the host operates like an Airbnb. When raising this issue with the host, he first tried to ignore the entire situation and then blamed us for our tardiness. He only offered an apology after we had a serious altercation to confront him about it and advised him we would leave a poor review. Finally, plenty of other little things like a non-functioning air conditioning and the fact that only half a roll of toilet paper was given, made this out the be a horrible place to stay. You can get much more for your money and not encourage or be victim of what I consider to be poor and deceptive business practices.

Bad

There was no wifi. The sofa bed made my back hurt. The smell was terrible. I had to open the window the whole day and still the smell didn’t go. The air-conditioner filter is so dirty. Don’t think they clean. I have never used a room so disappointing… I accidently put my wallet in the room and check-out . I called them to receive it and never heard back. Do no book this room.

Solid base camp for Firenze

Staff was very helpful. Answered all of our questions. Location was near the busy areas but far enough away that it was quiet. Reccomend to anyone looking for a base camp to explore the wonderful city of Florence.

Wifi and AC instructions were not present in the apartment, but the staff was quick to respond when messaged.

Worst and uncomfortable

Very uncomfortable bed so basically its sofa cum bed but its not bed its spring very bad quality of mattress and very dirty and they didnt change the towels also as we stayed there for 3 days no cleaning. very irresponsible also and ac was also not working . Such a bad experience Pls dont ever book this property .

Soggiorno meraviglioso di 2 giorni a Firenze con mia figlia di 8 anni

Monolocale in posizione molto comoda e silenziosa; 10 minuti dal Centro. Totale disponbilità da parte della struttura durante la prenotazione e risposte immediate tramite chat.

Il divano letto era piuttosto scomodo. Ho avuto difficoltà inizialmente a capire quale fosse il numero dell'appartamento per poter accedere.

posizione ottima, ambiente caldo ed accogliente

letto scomodissimo, non si riesce a dormire comodamente, pulizia dell’ambiente scarseggiante. Al momento del ritiro della chiave come indicato nel bar indicato nei messaggi (bar che prende le distanze dalla struttura), il proprietario ci ha inviato il codice sbagliato per ritirare la chiave. Dopo più di 40 minuti tra chiamate e messaggi che ignorava ha risposto alla barista (super disponibile). Una volta riusciti a prendere la chiave, il proprietario della struttura non si é degnato di richiamare o rispondere ai numerosi messaggi da noi mandati. Da quanto abbiamo capito, cosa che succede numerose volte…

Ho dovuto ritirare le chiavi dell’appartamento in un bar a circa 15 minuti dalla struttura: io che ho lasciato la macchina in un autosilo dalla parte opposta è stato scomodo. Chi dovesse, invece, arrivare in treno è comodo. Consiglio di sostituire il soffione della doccia.

La vera bellezza è la cittá

Stanza carina e situata in una buona posizione dal centro e dalla stazione centrale

Pulizia 0 , pavimento sporco, divano letto con polvere e materasso scomodissimo ,non c’è la possibilita di poter chiudere l’anta della doccia perchè è rotta, il lavandino ed il bidet perdono acqua quindi consumi piu asciugamani per metterli a terra che per asciugarti … conviene portarli da casa. La tv funziona ma il telecomando malfunzionante non permette di poterla utilizzare, per quanto riguarda il riscaldamento c’è un solo termosifone nel bagno che piu o meno riesce a riscaldare l’intera stanza perchè è comunque abbastanza piccola , non si puó utilizzare la stufetta dietro la tenda perché è vecchissima e sporchissima . Io penso che se il proprietario se ne prendesse piú cura sarebbe proprio carina , magari aggiustando le cose malfunzionanti nel bagno , inserendo un materasso e cuscini nuovi decenti , un condizionatore , una tv decente e piú pulizia.

Apartament ben ubicat, però sense una bona neteja. Aconseguir entrar va ser molt difícil.

Llit molt incòmode. Estava tot brut (pèls, taques...). L'aigua feia olor de claveguera. No s'especificaven ni el pis de l'apartament ni la porta, el vam trobar de casualitat, ja que l'amfitrió no agafava el telèfon.

Apartamento amplio, limpio, utensilios de cocina y limpieza. Excelente ubicación cerca de todo a pie en zona segura.

El sofá cama tiene un colchón extremadamente incómodo, necesita ya un cambio. El check-in se hace en otro sitio un poco retirado del hospedaje, considerando que uno llega con maletas es bastante incómodo.

Local agradável e apartamento agradável. Fácil locomoção ao centro, uma caminhada ou mesmo ônibus próximos.

A cama não achei confortável, para mim é muito macio o colchão, mas isso depende do gosto de cada um. Pedi uma cama extra já informando que eu pagaria este pedido, me responderam que eu seria atendida e que não seria cobrado nada. Ao chegar, não havia cama extra e não entendi se foi falha de comunicação do Booking ou do anfitrião. A falha começou ao reservarem um outro quarto para a minha irmã e depois avisarem que ela tinha reembolso pois não havia mais quartos, por esta razão pedi a cama extra. Enfim, consegui um outro hotel próximo para ela.

Bona ubicació respecte al centre, apartament pràctic.

A part de la ubicació, que és el millor d'aquest apartament, també vem agraïr que disposés de tot el necessàri.

La majoria dels dies, no sabem si per la pluja o les instal·lacions de l'edifici, entrava molta pudor per els desaigües del lavabo. També vem coincidir amb un parell de partits de Champions i va haver-hi una mica de soroll provinent del Pub Irlandès ubicat just a sota de l'apartament.

Il materasso inesistente del letto..la rete di ferro sfondata e curva del divano. Impossibile dormire comodi con 2 centimetri di materasso in gomma piuma e sbarre di ferro storte che si sentivano perfettamente attraverso quel sottile strato di materasso e che ti facevano scivolare verso il centro del letto

Posizione centrale; le chiavi sono state ritirate con modalità molto agevole, ma in un punto lontano dall'abitazione, dove poi sono state consegnate. Appartamento luminoso, ben arredato, in un palazzo sicuro e pulito.
