La posizione e l'appartamento era carino e ampio, la cucina era funzionale

Pochi asciugamani a disposizione, la cucina non era dotata di cose per me essenziali come per esempio un forno a microonde o uno scolapasta, poi diceva che era dotata di aria condizionata ma c'erano 2 ventolini e con il caldo che c'era non era il massimo

Yuri, who helped us check in gave very detailed instructions on how to enter the flat and was extremely patient with us - especially when I had trouble with the keys to enter the flat initially. The property was very clean and spacious. This was great for a family of 3 (2 adults and a toddler). There was plenty of room to keep luggage and belongings. We also used the kitchen to make a quick breakfast in the mornings. Location is great - we walked to the city centre which can take you between 20-30 minutes depending where you're coming from. Tram stop is just outside the building so is very convenient.

Majority of the feedback we have is positive. However, one thing is the parking in the area - we weren't aware that the flat was in a ZTL (similar to congestion charge area) and the hotel nearby was kind enough to help add our car plate as a guest for the day so we weren't charged the EUR80 as fine for not being a resident. There are other streets opposite the flat that you've to pay for parking but equally, we just used the garage car park that was 10-15 minutes walk away and was super safe!

Todo bien. La ubicación inmejorable para ver los sitios de interés turístico en Florencia. El departamento es amplio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario. Yuri muy amable. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Lokacija je odlična, nalazi seu samom centru grada, apartman je zapravo odličan, sve je čisto i uredno ali nažalost nismo imali tu privilegiju spavati u istom.

Obzirom da je bilo problema sa strujom prvi dan smo proveli u mraku bez struje te smo se onda morali prebaciti u drugi apartman gdje smo zapravo spavali obje noći. Taj apartman nije bio čist, bio je puno stariji i u njemu nisu radile sve utičnice i WIFI. Također parking nije besplatan ukoliko nisi stanovnik Firence (možda sam ja krivo shvatio na oglasu). Mislim da je vlasnik mogao puno bolje iskomunicirati situaciju obzirom da se jedno vrijeme nije ni javljao.
