La posizione e l'appartamento era carino e ampio, la cucina era funzionale

Pochi asciugamani a disposizione, la cucina non era dotata di cose per me essenziali come per esempio un forno a microonde o uno scolapasta, poi diceva che era dotata di aria condizionata ma c'erano 2 ventolini e con il caldo che c'era non era il massimo

Yuri, who helped us check in gave very detailed instructions on how to enter the flat and was extremely patient with us - especially when I had trouble with the keys to enter the flat initially. The property was very clean and spacious. This was great for a family of 3 (2 adults and a toddler). There was plenty of room to keep luggage and belongings. We also used the kitchen to make a quick breakfast in the mornings. Location is great - we walked to the city centre which can take you between 20-30 minutes depending where you're coming from. Tram stop is just outside the building so is very convenient.

Majority of the feedback we have is positive. However, one thing is the parking in the area - we weren't aware that the flat was in a ZTL (similar to congestion charge area) and the hotel nearby was kind enough to help add our car plate as a guest for the day so we weren't charged the EUR80 as fine for not being a resident. There are other streets opposite the flat that you've to pay for parking but equally, we just used the garage car park that was 10-15 minutes walk away and was super safe!

La situación

El aire acondicionado centralizado estaba roto y en su lugar tenía un pingüino que generaba mucho ruido y sin modificación del cristal para sacar la manguera por lo que tenia que tener abierto el ventanal y este daba a una gran avenida muy ruidosa. El sofá cama para los niños estaba roto y era muy endeble e incómodo y el propietario brillaba pero por su ausencia
