Appartamento centro Firenze AIR CONDITIONING WI-FI E NETFLIX

The location is brilliant, as the flat is close to the city centre (6 minutes by foot). For breakfast, there’s a lovely little pasticceria just across the street with delicious filled croissants/brioche. We were very impressed with the landlord’s response to our complaint about the bed linen – he was very friendly and helpful, and dealt with it promptly and professionally, without any awkwardness. The way you collect your key is more or less fine!

It was very warm in the flat, and we couldn’t switch on the air conditioning because we’ve got a cold – if you don't like climation and want to get a decent night’s sleep with some fresh air, you have to open the window. However, because it’s so close to a main road, it gets very noisy at night!! Unfortunately, the bed linen was dirty on arrival and had to be changed in the evening by the cleaning staff (who were very friendly and did their best!!!). The much-praised Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. There’s no mention in the booking overview that the flat is located in the city’s so-called restricted access zone (ZTL), so you don’t know what to do or whether you can even drive up to the flat to unload your luggage. I’d also like to see a note about where to find a nearby car park and that you should book a space in advance if possible.

Lage

Schlafcouch
