Ok property , false claim from owner, location too far from Paris

Property is ok

Owner was good in communication but was very wierd because first he told me that i kept everything in good condition and when i complained he blamed me for damaging the table and started making false claim But very poor ventilation specially in bathroom and toilet so if you are sharing with friends it’s not a good idea If you are with kids you have to walk a lot for public transport as it’s 18 min walk and 30 minutes minimum to reach anywhere in Paris

Hébergement confortable

L’hébergement est très bien placé pour aller à l’aéroport d’Orly (en uber ou rer+orlyval) ou sur Paris (30 min de rer et 15 min de marche pour la station). Le quartier est bien, avec des commerces. L’hébergement est dans une petite résidence et les indications pour récupérer les clés sont top. L’appartement est calme, propre et très fonctionnel.

Le confort, la luminosité, l'espace disponible. Ce logement est incroyablement agréable. J'y ai séjourné en famille et il était suffisamment spacieux pour que chacun ait son intimité. L'hôte est disponible et très avenant. Le parking sous-terrain gratuit est un gros avantage. La résidence est sécurisée et l'emplacement idéal. Une boucherie, une boulangerie, un petit supermarché et une presse sont disponibles juste en bas de la rue. Le secteur est bien desservi par les transports en commun. Nous enregistrons cette adresse pour une prochaine venue!

Fijn appartement om bij te komen na een dag Parijs!

Ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. De mobiele airco unit was zeer welkom! Inchecken etc zeer eenvoudig, vriendelijke en adequate communicatie met beheerder.

Met kinderen eigenlijk te ver van een metrostation af (ongeveer 15-20 min lopen), vooral op de terugweg ;-).
