It’s completely dirty . sheets and apartments It’s unsafe . No ID asked for so terribly unsafe. Super cold , very low heating No person appears , only a telephone call to a private number of a person who speaks only French and who doesn’t solve anything . They didn’t return deposit and we even had to buy new sweets and towel because it was disgusting to use the ones in the apartment . Broken windows

Its ok to sleep over night. Host reply very quick and always online.

The apartment was very dirty. we had to sweep the floor and wash it before we could even walk. There was dust everywhere. Especially under the sofa and under the bed in the bedroom. Even TV and TV stand was covered in dust. Also there were pubic hairs in the drawer under the sink. We stayed in mid of August and it was hot this time. There was no aircondition in the apartment - its acceptable because it was not stated in the add - and host provided a fan but the main issue was that in the main bedroom there was no window just a big door outside. And when we wanted to open the door to get some fresh air but this door was locked. When we asked the host to open this door cos its suffocating in the room (about 36 degrees Celsius) Host reply that they wont be able to open this door. Thats very disappointing. So the night was ruined. The most disadvantage The parking policy for paid places is not clear to me. Since there is a lot of space near the house for at least 2-3 cars. and the Owner still charges an additional fee from his guests for parking near the house in the amount of 12 euros per night. Also there is a deposit of 250 euro for this apartment. And host stated that the money will be refunded next day. In reality i waited two days and had to write to the host to return the deposit. Only after i wrote to the host myself the host refunded the money.

Easy access from the motorway, quiet snd residential neighbourhood, comfortable sofa bed, good linen. Large TV screen. Very clean. Surrounded by back gardens so quite green and leafy.

The flat is in a house behind another house which is under renovation, including the front garden. At first you wonder whether this is really the right place as the impression is rather negative. But you have to go through the gate to reach the place you'll stay which is fine, although more could be done to make the patio and garden more welcoming. There are at least five flats or rooms here. There was a little bit of noise from the flat downstairs late at night, but it was acceptable. To eat, there are just two chairs and a small bar table. Some guidance on parking could be welcome.

The property looked good like in the photos. But I felt disappointed as they don’t mention that each of the room is sold for individuals. As there are many rooms in the same building!

Apartment with no AC in the summer is a nightmare!

Très bon emplacement. Proche de nombreux commerce en voiture. J’ai particulièrement apprécié d’avoir une personne disponible et agréable avec qui échanger.

Stationnement difficile aux alentours. L’appartement était sale, avec beaucoup de poussière. Certains équipements de cuisine étaient cassés (notamment le bouton du micro-ondes) et la vaisselle n’était pas propre. Le logement est mal insonorisé : en pleine nuit, j’ai été réveillé(e) par la chasse d’eau de l’appartement du dessus. Il n’y avait pas de chauffage dans le logement, seulement un petit chauffage d’appoint électrique dans la chambre. Malgré l’assurance donnée par téléphone que le problème serait résolu sous 2 heures, cela n’a pas été le cas et j’ai eu très froid toute la nuit. Heureusement, l’eau chaude fonctionnait.
