Very nice 2bedrooms flat in 5 min from Paris

The flat is very nice, modern and clean. Everything is well thought out and taken care of. Very close to RER B station.

It’s not about what I didn’t like, problems can happen anywhere. The owner was very responsive and supportive, it was snowing and very cold outside and (no luck!) the central heating system was down. Mr. Vu brought us good quality radiators - I was very grateful. Thank you again!

It is a nice bright well equiped apartment. Close to RER B, store, restaurants.

The accommodation is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the train station, and a half-hour to the city center. Everything you need for daily life is conveniently nearby, including bakery, supermarket, grocery store, and restaurants, all within walking distance. The house is clean, tidy, and cozy, with all necessary amenities provided. The homeowner, Vu, is very attentive and thoughtful. I would definitely choose to stay at YOparis again on my next visit to Paris.

Perfect accommodation for a few days in Paris

The contact with the owner was very friendly and perfectly organised. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and in a safe surrounding. Also metro, bakery, super market and a few restaurants were in a distance of 200-300 metres. We can highly recommend the apartment.

As we are used to live in a house without neighbours at the next wall, the apartment was a bit alert for us. But this probably what city life is like.😉

We liked everything: The apartment was very nice and clean. The location is super convenient, close to the city center and the public transportation. The host was very nice and accommodating and it was super easy to communicate. Highly recommended.

Schöne saubere Unterkunft nahe Paris

Lage: der Bahnhof von Bourg-la-Reine liegt ca. 2 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt, RER B fährt regelmäßig - ca. 10 Minuten bis Metro-Station Denfert-Rochereau, Bäckerei zum Frühstücken, Supermarkt sowie Restaurants ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos mit einem Code, Vermieter reagiert zeitnah auf Fragen, saubere Unterkunft, die Matratzen waren super, Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer vorhanden, vielen Dank für die beiden Wasserflaschen bei der Ankunft im Kühlschrank. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Muy acogedor.

No está cerca, pero está muy bien comunicado con el centro de París. Muy bonito, decorado, limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Sofa-cama cómodo (durmieron dos chicos de 15 años). Tiene parking comunitario. Cerca un monoprix y un carrefour expres grande.

Entraba mucha luz de día en la zona del sofa-cama, aunque a mis hijos no les afectó.

Apartamento top, acampamentos de qualidade. O chuveiro é mágico para tomar um banho depois de visitar a linda cidade de Paris. Camas muito confortáveis. Localização muito boa mesmo junto ao metro e ao comboio. E o Host é muito atencioso e ajuda com tudo.

Le contact avec le propriétaire était très facile. L'apartement était très propre et très bien équipé. C'est un logement très confortabelet agréable.

Le parking de la résidence n'a pas toujours des places libres, il faut aovir un peu de chance.
