La camera era perfetta e molto pulita, il bagno a nostro esclusivo uso, molto grande e pulito. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi nel capire le mie esigenze e farci trascorrere un giorno sereno.

Avant tout, l'accès très pratique avec déclenchement des ouvertures directement sur le téléphone. La propreté de l'appartement en règle générale, et de la salle de bain en particulier. La mise à disposition de nombreux équipements
Au moment de la réservation, il est demandé une copie de la pièce d'identité. Or, envoyé un tel document est un geste risqué car les systèmes, même s'ils sont dits sécurisés, ont toujours des failles, c'est ce qui permet aux escrocs d'usurper une identité. Il serait préférable d'éviter cette étape, dont la nécessité n'est d'ailleurs connue qu'une fois la réservation faite!

Le condizioni della camera e del bagno sono eccellenti, sia in termini di spazio che di arredamento e di servizi. E' presente una cucina con accessori che non ho usato per mancanza di tempo ma potrebbe, per alcuni, risultare comoda anche se ha un costo comunque irrisorio. Gratuito invece è l'uso di cialde di caffè e bustine di te e tisane.
La posizione, purtroppo è il neo di questo appartamento, il quartiere non è granchè, per quanto i collegamenti con l'hub di Tiburtina sono abbastanza frequenti e rapidi.

Silenziosa, camera grande
La pulizia lasciava a desiderare, dal primo giorno ho trovato tanta polvere sui mobili e per terra, il bagno non era ben pulito. Nè la stanza nè il bagno sono stati puliti durante la mia permanenza
