Staff were lovely, accomodating, kind and very helpful with carrying luggage upstairs! Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Showers hot water can play up at times but otherwise no complaints! We were also able to drop luggage off before we checked in!

There was nothing to like
There was no light by the entrance door once inside the flat. Toilet was leaking, shower head was broken. Shower floor was cracked. No complimentary shower gels. There was no complimentary tea or coffee. Light above the bed was loose and stayed partially on all night, floors were not clean, tv has seen better days, screen is bad. Bed blankets need to be cleaned.
