The room was exactly as described and photographed on the website. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was thoroughly cleaned and refreshed daily.

The ambience was really welcoming and the service was spot on. The room itself was comforting, and the service staff was very attentive and helpful.
The jacuzzi faucet didn’t work same as the hairdryer in the bathroom but we were given a backup for both.

The location was great. They gave us a bottle of good prosecco, and some snacks and drinks.
The owners informed us the day of, that the sauna wasn’t working. That’s fine, things happen. The LED lights didn’t have a remote control, so it wasn’t very “romantic”. It took FOREVER to fill the tub, and by the time we got in, it wasn’t very hot. The jets are not the best either. It smelled like cigarette smoke, so we woke up with major headaches and stuffy noses. They do have options for massages, room service dinners, but you need to book them in advance.
