Imperium Aquilae - Luxury guest house, 300mt to Metro, 8 min to Colosseum

The room was great. Exactly like the pictures. Cute welcoming decoration and nice balcony.

It wasn’t cleaned for our whole stay (4 nights) and the area was a bit sketchy. Also, there was some noise from the neighbors as the rooms are not soundproof.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The room was spotless, modern, comfortable and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive and always ready to help. When we experienced a small issue with the refrigerator, they immediately upgraded us to a larger room at no extra cost, which was a wonderful gesture. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out and even freshen up before our late evening flight, which we really appreciated. The location is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are just a short walk away and provide easy access to the metro and all the main attractions in Rome. Right next to the entrance there is a Penny Market and a fruit and vegetable shop, and there are restaurants both across the street and around the corner, making it very easy to find everything you need during your stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation.

There were only two very small issues. The hair dryer plug was not fully compatible with the electrical outlet, making it a little difficult to use. Also, the immediate neighborhood is quite simple compared to the historic center, but thanks to the excellent public transport, reaching all the major attractions was quick and easy. Neither of these affected our overall experience.

Muy bueno el baño y la cama. La pequeña terraza le da un toque especial.

La zona compartida. No es funcional como aparentaba en las fotos. Además, por la noche se ponían personas a hablar muy alto hasta las 4 de la madrugada.
